A minute later, a yell sounded followed by a crisp punching sound and a pained wail. Yan Jian calmly walked back to Long feng's side after that with a solemn expression on his face.
Long feng couldn't help but laugh when he glanced at Yan Jian.
"What are you laughing at?" Yan Jian glared at him as he tried to cover his black swollen left eye with his arm.
"That witch isn't a human at all. She punched me so brutally I saw stars!" He cursed.
Long feng held his stomach in between laughter and almost choked.
"You deserved it. So tell me, did miss Li appreciated you? I think she did."
Yan Jian huffed and looked away.
"Brother Yan, I have a healing pill with me. Do you need it?" Long feng wasn't about to give up and used this medium to vent his frustration.
Five minutes later, they were still arguing and ten minutes later, both of them fell silent after laughing.
Two hours later, Li yu'er breathed out and stood up, her heart filled with a new found determination. That was because she had finally seen slight hope in years! Her situation wasn't completely hopeless! She still had hope of reaching the spirit realm and avenging her Clansmen, her parent and herself!
Yet none of these changes reflected on her face.
She nodded at Long who nodded back while Yan Jian glared at her with his left swollen eye.
Of course Li Yue'er ignored him.
"So where to from here?" Yan jian asked gently.
"You still know the way to your Blue Sky Province?" Long Feng asked.
Yan Jian's swollen face instantly bloomed with a grin. "What're you saying. Of course I do. Even in my sleep."
"Great. Then let's head there. I hope your home isn't as boring as you are." Long Feng laughed and Yan jian laughed along.
"Let's go" Yan Jian led the way as they walked away.

Several days later, the trio crossed the entire Boundless Sky Province and stepped into a high ranked province of the continent; the Blue Sky Province, one of the three high ranked provinces in the entire Yihua continent.
A trace of rectitude appeared on his face as he led them through a forest. It had been almost ten years since he left his province. Now he was back! Of course he would feel mixed emotions.
"Which forest is this?" Long feng asked, interrupting his unique moment.
Yan Jian turned to look at him speechlessly.
"How am I to know? If you ask me, then who do I ask?"
Long feng was left speechless as well.
"Isn't this your province?" He asked.
Yan Jian shrugged.
"You can't tell me you know every corner of your province, can you?" He replied.
Long feng was silenced. Yan Jian's words weren't without truth. Within Jianhai province, Long feng only knew about three cities, and he didn't know every part of the cities.
The three of them trudged forward in silence.
Four days later, a group of three people stopped at the gates of a large city. This city spanned a size twice that of star mountain city and it's martial cultivation was even more advanced than that of Gan Yu city!
The city was surrounded by tall walls and there were only two gates into the city, which was guarded by some peak Yin level cultivators!
Moreover, one had to pay ten Yang crystals before getting an entry token!
