He sat on the floor and stared at Long Feng with an expression which was uglier than crying.
"Brother Long Feng, just one is already a thorn at my side, yet you went ahead and brought another one?  Do you really want to see me dead?"

He ignored the icy gaze behind him and spoke a few more words. The next moment, his grieving expression vanished, replaced by a mischievous grin.

He leaned closer to Long Feng.
"Brother Long Feng, your methods and charm leave me in awe. Tell me what secret you used t....?"

"Get lost. Miss Li didn't beat you up well enough it seems." Long Feng kicked him away without letting him finish his words.

Yan Jian laughed but soon calmed down. Suddenly, his body froze as he stared at Hua Liuli weirdly.

"You... What did you say your name is?" He asked in an absentminded tone.

"Hua Liuli. Why?" Hua Liuli looked at him curiously.

"Hua Liuli?" Yan Jian's eyes widened and he jerked up to his feet abruptly as though he was injected with boiling hot chicken blood. His sudden movement startled both Long Feng and Li Yue'er and they wondered what had gotten into him again.

Yan Jian pointed a shaky finger at Hua Liuli, looking dazed.
"Youngest princess of the Yihua family's Hua clan? That Hua Liuli?"

Hua Liuli curled her lips, looking pissed. "Jeez. You talk too much. Would it kill you to stay silent? What if I'm the one, and what if I'm not?"

Yan Jian shook his head and sat back down.
"Nothing! Nothing!!" One could obviously notice the sweat dripping down his forehead.

"You're a princess of the Hua clan?" Long Feng asked Hua Liuli with a strange expression. He had guessed that Hua Liuli's background was very powerful but he never expected that she was a princess of the Hua clan. In the whole continent, the Hua clan was at the very top!

"What? Afraid to be seen with me suddenly?" Hua Liuli pouted.

"Me? Afraid? Humph. You look down on me." Long Feng rolled his eyes. "I'm just curious as to why the princess of a hegemon force like the Yihua family's Hua clan would sneak away from the clan and roam around on her own."

"What do you know? Those old farts locked me up in the clan and wouldn't let me take half a step outside. It was so suffocating. Always being followed by a group of hefty men as guards is not fun at all. If I had stayed in that place for a little bit longer, I'm afraid I might have gone insane!" Hua Liuli replied in an aggrieved and pitiful tone.

"Oh well. That's your problems anyway. I'm not interested in your Clan's affairs." Long Feng shrugged and settled back to cultivate. Inwardly though, he wasn't as calm as he seemed.

The Yihua clan was an absolute hegemon in the Yihua continent! The two factions, Yi and Hua clans were the two most powerful clans on the continent, the absolute.

The young lady of the Hua clan was an identity beyond his imaginations. But thinking about it, it wasn't actually impossible. Hua Liuli's background had always seemed shocking, and her talents and cultivation speed wasn't something a normal force could raise.

"Coward. You sound just like grandpa. Humph!" Hua Liuli stomped off and went over to Li Yue'er's side.

"All of you are so boring. I will only speak with Big sister Li Yu'er henceforth!"

Yan Jian felt his brows twitching at her words.
"we are boring? Then what is she?" He glanced at Li Yu'er then back at Hua Liuli weirdly before shaking his head. "Ah. Women are really weird. I wonder why brother Long Feng keep drawing them to his side."
