MAYA'S POV:

Abhijeet's dad said it's urgent.
I understand why it's important.
No one knows the reason except me and dev.

I am in the same clothes i was wearing for my date.
I am wearing a black mask too.
Neutral coloured clothes.

I am in a building.
It's actually a constructional site.
I had a information that the target is here.
Unfortunately , i don't know why but i am getting a feeling that something bad is going to happen.

Fortunately , i am not having a panic attack.
I get a panic attack before something wrong is going to happen around me or to me.

It's a weird thing but--
Doesn't matter.
It kind of warns me.

So i have to search for the entire building huh.
Great.
THE BUILDING IS LITERALLY OF 12 FLOORS.

No guards??
That's even weirder.
I entered the site.

I am in the building on the ground floor.
I am not able to hear anything.
So i searched for the stairs.
Let's see--left or right.
I took a bet and moved to the left.

The bet was set on the right direction.
I found the stairs.
Started climbing it.

I searched for some type of noise on every floor.
I am on 5th and yet cannot hear anything.
Is he actually here or not?

Don't be impatient maya.

I climbed the 7th floor.
Still nothing , i was again going to climb the stairs for the next floor but i--i heard a cracking noise.

Cracks eh?
Glass?

I stopped to listen clearly.
Did it come from 7th or 8th floor?

I came back on the 7th floor again.
Just to make sure.

I started searching the entire floor.
It's so open.
I got knife with me , poison and the special neddled weapon.

I won't get stuck in a situation where i have to use the neddle but as this person is really important to eliminate , i brought it with me.
No one is here.

I was going back to where the stairs were when i heard someone's footsteps.
"Kid is that you?", The voice asked.

Kid? What does that mean?
Who the fuck is he?

I sneaked towards the stairs and what the fuck is he doing here??

"What are you doing here?" , I asked him.
I am not hiding anymore.

"Don't tell me we got contracts to kill the same person" , he said.

I don't know , looks like it .
But my contractor would never sign a contract with anyone other than me.
So--

"Who gave you this contract?" , He asked.

"You know the rules... I can't disclose it to you" , i reminded him.

"Sure ....wanna kill him together?" , He asked.

Well i guess i have no choice.
We both have someone to report to.
So i guess I'll have to share this target.

"Fine" , i told him.

I walked with him.
I searched for the target with him.

We are currently on the 11th floor.
We heard some noises of glass bottles again.

It's definitely the target.
"Please let me finish him with poison" , he requested.

Well true , if i kill him here it will make a huge fuss tomorrow.
When the builders and all find his body here--won't be good.
