Sanjana Mehta is the second child of Harsh & Sofia Mehta. They had 3 daughters. Even though she comes from a wealthy family she is not a spoiled child. Shiv is the son of Harsh Mehta's big brother Ashok Mehta. Shiv had one big sister but he always treated Sanjana more like his real sister than his sister. Sanjana & Shiv had a gap of only two years so he is two years older than her so he always felt close to her and she also felt lucky to have a brother like him. He always feels the need to protect her that's why they are very close to each other.
