Later that night, Lafayette was helping Alexander get ready in the bathroom. Alexander ties his hair in a low ponytail while Lafayette laces Alexander's corset.

"Do I look okay?" Alexander queries. Lafayette looks at Alex in the mirror. "Oui, mon ami. Magnifique." Lafayette reassures Alexander. Alexander smiles.

Alexander walks downstairs next to Lafayette. Thomas is waiting by the door, on his phone. He looks up and sees Alexander in his white blouse, with a corset. Thomas feels a little homosexual.

'Holy, shit. He looks so good in that corset.. and his hairstyle.. and his fa-'

"Thomas..?" Alex queried, worried about Thomas' daydreaming. Thomas panics. "A-AH! Alex.. Alexander.." Thomas stutters out. Lafayette is smirking in the background. "You okay?" Alex asks, chuckling. Thomas nods.

"You don't look too bad, Hamildick." Thomas teases. Alexander smirks and notices Thomas' dark purple suit. "You don't look too shabby yourself, Jeffershit." Alexander responds, smiling.

Alexander turns to the living room and crouches down to Phillip's level. "I'll be home soon. Be good for Monsieur Lafayette, okay?" Alexander tells Phillip. Phillip nods. "Okay, Papa!"

Alexander squeezes Phillip and kisses his forehead. "I love youuu."

"I love you, too, Papa." Phillip giggles out.

Thomas cannot help but feel moved by the father-son moment, then he turns to Lafayette, who is staring at him. "Good luck on your date, mon ami." Lafayette teases. Thomas chokes on his own spit. "It's not a date." he whispers. Lafayette smugly smiles. "Oui. Sure it's not." Lafayette sarcastically says, patting Thomas' shoulder. Thomas rolls his eyes.

Alexander walks over to Lafayette and hugs him. "Take care of the gremlin for me, call me if you need backup." Alexander chuckles out. Lafayette nods. "Will do." he responds. Alexander smiles and waves as Thomas opens the door. They walk out and Alexander locks the door behind them.

The car ride is mostly silent because Alexander decided to take a nap in the car while Thomas drove, then they arrived at their destination.

Alexander yawns and his eyes flutter, then Thomas opens the car door for Alexander. Alex sleepily takes Thomas' hand and gets out of the car, he latches onto Thomas for support.

"Mmh.. Apologies." Alexander mumbles out, holding onto Thomas. "Okay, sleepin' beauty. Enough of the restin', we need to eat." Thomas says while patting Alexander's head. Alex yawns and holds Thomas' hand. "Okay." Alex responds.

Hand-in-hand, they walk into the restaurant. Thomas had reserved a booth beforehand and they get checked in. They sit at their booth across from each other.

Alexander is slowly but surely getting more energy. He looks around. "This place is nice, Thomas.. Extremely expensive.." Alexander mutters. Thomas looks up from his phone. "I know." he responds. Alexander just cannot fathom the idea of going to an elaborate restaurant such as this one. He almost feels out of place, being an orphan and all that.

Alexander's thoughts are interrupted by the waiter. The waiter walks up to them and asks them if they want water, they accept. Then they place their order, and the waiter walks away to fulfill it.

Alexander is playing with the salt shaker. Thomas takes notice. "Na ah ah. The chances of you breakin' that are too high." Thomas says while taking the salt shaker away from Alexander. Alex rolls his eyes and then he clears his throat. "Anyway, Thomas, I was thinking.."

The waiter comes back with two sparkling waters. "Merci." Thomas says. The waiter nods and leaves again. "Anywho, what were you sayin', Alex?" Thomas queries. Alexander starts twirling his hair and he looks out the window.

"Uhm, well, at work? I was thinking we could co-run one of the offices.. and, uhm, you know.. with me being secretary.." Alexander mumbles out. Thomas attempts to take what Alexander said into account. "Are you askin' me to partner up with you? Sorta work with you directly?" Thomas asks.

Alexander nods. "Washington's been on my ass about getting a partner for this one office I want to run, and you're just fun to work with, Thomas." Alexander says, softly. Thomas nods. "Oh? I'm fun to work with? Hmhm. Never thought I'd hear that outta your mouth, Alexander." Thomas smugly says. Alexander rolls his eyes. "Yeah, yeah. Fill your ego to the brim. But, would you consider partnering up with me at work?" Alexander queries.
Thomas ponders for a moment.

"Yeah, definitely." Thomas responds.

Alexander claps. "Ahh, okay! Okay." he excitedly exclaims. Thomas chuckles. "You're so cute when you're excited.." Thomas says, aloud. Not in his head.

Alexander's face gets hot. He immediately blushes and he starts twirling his hair and looking out the window. Thomas thinks for a moment about what he just said, then he blushes.

The waiter comes back with their food order. "Bon appétit." he says. Thomas smiles. "Merci beaucoup." he responds. The waiter leaves again.

Alexander grabs a fork and starts INDULGING in his meal, like he hasn't eaten in years. Thomas averts his eyes from Alexander and he starts eating as well.

Alexander finishes within 7 minutes. "That was good." Alexander says, patting his stomach. Thomas chuckles. He reaches over to Alexander and wipes his cheek with a napkin. Alexander's face gets hot. "You have béchamel on your face."

"O-Oh, thank you for.. getting it off." Alexander stutters out. Thomas smiles. Usually Alexander hates that smile, but he's oddly attracted to it at the moment. In fact, he's extremely attracted to Thomas at the moment. He can't stop staring at him.

Thomas obviously takes notice. "Alexander? What're you starin' at? My fine bone structure? My shimmering eyes?" Thomas asks, in a self-centered tone. Alexander snaps back to reality and he rolls his eyes at Thomas. "I was actually looking at how uneven your beard is." Alexander slyly responds.

"Ha, ha. Very funny." Thomas says sarcastically, while taking out a mini mirror and checking out his beard. Alex chuckles.

The waiter comes and cleans the table, then hands Thomas the bill, to which he pays. "Merci, au revoir." Thomas says. The waiter waves goodbye. Thomas stands up, walks over to Alexander, and grabs his hand. They walk out of the restaurant hand-in-hand.

On the way to the car, Alexander stops. "Oh, Thomas. Look at the stars, aren't they so pretty?" Alexander queries, in awe. Thomas looks up. "They're very pretty, Alexander." Thomas responds. Alexander's grip on Thomas' hand tightens. "I could stare at these stars all night.." Alex mutters. Thomas glances at Alex.

"So could I, but, I'd much prefer to stare at you all night, Alexander." Thomas impulsively says. It takes Alexander a moment to process what Thomas said before his face was deep in red hue. Thomas clears his throat. "Lets go to the car, yeah?" Thomas insists, holding Alexander's hand tighter and leading him to the car.

On the walk to his car, Alexander ponders what Thomas had said to him.

'That was so sweet.. Very out of the norm for that asshole. UGGHHHH. Does he really want to stare at me all night or was he just saying that..?'

Alexander is blushing so hard he can barely think straight. Well..

His gay thoughts are interrupted by Thomas opening the car door for him, Alexander sits. Thomas walks over to the driver's side and sits down.

Before Thomas starts the car up, Alexander puts his hand on Thomas' shoulder. Thomas glances at Alexander.

"Thomas, thank you for tonight." Alexander smiles.

"It's no problem, Alex." Thomas responds, placing his hand on Alexander's thigh. They inch closer together and.. oh! Thomas' phone rings. He chuckles. "I should take this." he says, looking at his phone. Alex nods. Thomas answers the phone and Alexander tunes him out. He thinks to himself,

'Gosh, Thomas is a beautiful man. I crave his kiss.'
