Dragon Ball Kakarot

Chapter 4

The day had came. 

For Kakarot it had simply been a month having to deal with these Earthlings. 

However for Chichi it had been a long year. The 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. It was the final round.

It brought a slight sense of nostalgia to Chichi seeing the fighter in front of her. It had been years ago she had defeated the mighty King Piccolo. And now she was faced with his son. 

Piccolo Jr.

Kakarot had agreed to come along eager to see the techniques of Earth in action so he could use them for his own gain.

However he denied the offer to join the tournament seeing no point.

Piccolo: "You should give up human"

Chichi confidently as she smirked. The two stood at opposite ends of the ring as their ki made the air around them feel heavy. 

However Chichi lightened her aura for a second.

Chichi: "You know even though your his son, I can sense that your different"

Piccolo grimaced confused at what Chichi was implying.

Piccolo: "What are you rambling about!?!?"

Chichi: "Your father, he was hell bent on conquering the Earth, a truly evil being. But you haven't done anything nefarious even after all these years"

Chichi extended a hand towards Piccolo who, still flabbergasted at his opponents show of compassion turned quite sour.

Piccolo: "DON'T YOU MOCK ME!!!"

Piccolo Flew towards Chichi at full speed kicking her in the gut. The hit sent Chichi flying, almost out of the ring but able to regain herself just in time she stopped her momentum keeping herself in the fight.

Chichi got on guard as Piccolo rushed back in. The two exchanged a brutal flurry of attacks as Chichi was slightly on the back foot however was skillfully dodging Piccolo's attacks.

On the sideline Kakarot was a little bewildered.

Kakarot: "What's a Namekian doing here?"

Krillin: "A Nameka-what?"

Kakarot decided not to say anything further still trying to keep the secret that he was from space.

Chichi was still on the defensive until an opening presented itself as Piccolo threw a wild right hook leaving himself open. Chichi delivered a fierce uppercut stunning the demon as she followed with a combination of jabs and kicks before sweeping Piccolo off his feet.

Chichi: "This is it!!!"

Chichi fired a small ki blast hitting Piccolo thinking that he'd be knocked out the ring clean, however Piccolo just yelled in frustration as he stretched his arm holding onto the ring and balancing him.

Piccolo got right back to his senses as the two fighters were back in neutral.

Chichi smiled as she put her hands together.

Chichi: "Kaaaaaa....."

Ki began to form in between Chichi's hands as Piccolo rushed in not wanting Chichi to unleash her attack.

Chichi would focus all her efforts on dodging while successfully charging up her Kamehameha.

Chichi: "Meee..."

Piccolo swung a large left hook to which Chichi barely dodged. However Piccolo intended to keep up his attack with a knee to Chichi but even though she was off balanced she was able to step on Piccolo's knee as she used this leverage to flip over her opponent.
