"Really?" Benji asked chuckling as Angel stood in front of her
"Mhmm." She smirked as she walked past her in Benji's dad crib
Closing the door behind her, Benji followed her upstairs to her room "Whatchu doing here?"
"Wow you ain't miss me?" Angle asked putting her bag down
"Nah baby, you know I did. A lot." Benji said
Coincidentally both of their schools were down this weekend due for odd reasons. Well for Angel, some of the dorms were flooded due to a pipe bursting so the university cancelled classes for a few days. And for Benji, her school had teacher meetings back to back days so she decided to head home. She missed her parents so why not visit them?
She didn't expect to see Angel in Brooklyn. She told her she was going to stay with her cousin that stays in LA.
She guess she a little lie wouldn't hurt if she wanted to surprise Benji.
"I guess you got me talking about you was gonna be staying with your cousin huh?"
Angel blushed and chuckled "Mhm. I couldn't ruin the surprise babe."
Benji wrapped her arms around her waist "I'm happy you didn't."
Angel tangled her arms around Benji neck as she looked up at her.
"I missed you. So much." Benji said
"We just seen each other for Christmas. That was just like two weeks ago."
"I know but still..."
Benji leaned in and pecked her lips repeatedly
"Okay." Angel whined
"My bad." Benji chuckled stopping before sucking her teeth
"Stop being like that. You know you like when i be loving on you and shit."
"I do but ima need more than some pecks to know if you really missed me."
Benji eyebrows raised "Word? You ain't saying nothing but a thing ma. Take this off."
"No." She chuckled playfully hitting Benji's hand
Benji laugued "How long you staying?"
"Until Sunday night? You?"
"Monday." She replied sitting down on her bed
"You look pretty tired." She said straddling her lap
"Not really stressed but more so tired."
Which was true.
College was kicking Benji ass. She expected her first year to be easy from what some older people that knew told her before. And for the main part it was but her pre-music course was a lot.
