It is early in the morning when Kal wakes me up.

Me: Kal-El you have some form of death wish waking me up this early.

Kal: Oh come on grumpy pants. Where is the excitement?

Me: It left when I left Krypton.

Kal: What was it like?

Me: Huh?

Kal: Krypton. What was it like?

Me: Oh. It was beautiful. Our cities were similar to this Earth's cities, just brighter. They seemed more livid and colorful. But Kara would know more than me. I was off world for the most part.

Kal: Why?

Me: Because our generals wanted to use me for experiments. They couldn't tell the people of Krypton that they were holding a child hostage could they? * I laugh a little* Anyway, lets go. I need food.

Kal looks at me worried.

Kal: What did they do?

Me: Too much.

We leave and Kal takes me to get food. Thank Rao! and we fly to this dark city. I can sense the danger coming off of it from miles away. We get into this cave like thing and I go over in a corner, trying not to be seen. A brutish man walks in and greets Kal. Then a man with a trident comes in, closely followed by a kid who can run pretty fast. A metal man comes in a couple minutes later. Finally.... oh. She is stunning.

Woman: To what do we owe this pleasure Bruce.

Bruce is the brutish man's name? I hope I am right, otherwise I am going to need more lessons. Kal helped me figure out when humans say names. Their voices and cadence are different from when they regularly talk. I have to use my super hearing to detect it, but it is there.

Bruce: Just a check in. Making sure everyone is ok.

Kal: That is it? This could have been a phone call Bruce.

Bruce: Ok, I got word that there is a new alien in town. I want to apprehend them and bring them in for questioning.

Kal: There will be no apprehending. If you want to ask them questions you may.

Bruce: You know this person.

Kal: This person is my family. Kara's little sister.

Bruce: We will take her to your special room to talk. Any objections?

Kal: That is not necessary. That room is full of lead and Kyrptonite. She will freak out.

Bruce: It is just a precaution.

Woman: I don't think this woman means harm. She has been here this whole time and hasn't said a word.

The room all look around until they seem me in my little corner. What did that woman say for them to stare at me.

Me: Kal I don't like being the center of attention. Can we leave?

Kal: My friends want to ask you some questions. Are you ok with that?

Me: I don't know. I don't want to be here any longer.

Woman: Hello. *She gives me a breath taking smile* I am Diana Prince. *She holds her hand out and I look at her confused. I see Kal in the back with his hands together shaking them up and down. So I put my hands together and shake them up and down.

Me: I am Atlas Quinn Zor-El.

She laughs a bit and it is beautiful. Like it is musical almost.
