"Arizona are you ok?" Amelia ask looking at her friend confused,
"I um...I need to go make a phone call." Arizona said rushing out of the room.
At first the person didn't answer, but then she picked up the phone.
??: Hi
A: how could you!
Arizona yelled into the phone
??: what's going on?
The women asked confused
A: did you take all the precautions like you said you would? Callie did you?
Arizona asked

Flashback
"Mum we are meant to have a shower when we get home so we spread germs" Sofia said looking confused at Callie.
"It's fine, sof don't worry about it." Callie answered looking at her phone.
"Ok" Sofia answered hesitantly, "when will Penny get home?" She asked
"I'm not sure, she got moved to the pneumonia ward to help, so she's working a bit later." Callie answered still not looking up from her phone.
"You promised Mamma, you and Penny weren't anywhere near the pneumonia ward." Sofia asked confused.
"It doesn't matter, Sofia, she'll be fine." Callie answered looking at her daughter this time, "want to play a game before Penny gets home and we have dinner?" She asked.
"I guess.." Sofia answered.

A few hours later,
Sofia and Callie where playing when the front door opened, Callie immediately got up kissing Penny as she walked through the door.
"Mum she needs to shower, the germs" Sofia said worried,
"I told you it's fine Sofia." Callie said sternly
"But the germs, we have to be careful, mommy's sick she has cancer, if I bring home germs it could make her even more sick." Sofia said softly, looking up at Callie with big eyes.
"I told you it was fine Sofia, plus she isn't your mum I'm your mum and Arizona's your mum but Meredith isn't so don't call her that." Callie said before turning back to Penny.
"She is my mummy, she's a better mummy than you!! And you can't make her sick!!" Sofia yelled at Callie before running of to her room, but before she could make it to her room Callie called after her
"Sofia Robbin Sloan Torres you get your ass back here right now!!"
Sofia slowly came back into the room.
"What did you just say to me?" Callie snapped, looking at her daughter.
"I said she was my mummy." Sofia whispered quietly.
"She isn't your mummy, you heard your name just then Sofia Robbin Sloan Torres, named after your dad and me and I suppose Arizona, but not Meredith she is not your mummy. And how dare you say she's a better mummy then me, I love you I carried you. Apologise right now." Callie demanded
"I'm sorry." Sofia whispered quietly.
"That's better now go to your room, I'll call you when dinner is ready" Callie said turning back to Penny.

Flashback Ended

"I mean we tried but we may have forgotten some days," Callie answered
"I cannot believe you, Meredith is in the hospital, she's in a coma. We don't know if she will ever wake up" Arizona yelled
"what? How?" callie asked now concerned and confused.
"cause you and your stupid girlfriend couldn't even be bothered to care. Is Penny there?" Arizona asked
"um...no she's at work" Callie answered shyly
"Well can you let her know I said f*ck you and ask her how it feels to know she could potentially be responsible for not one but two of these poor children's parents deaths." Arizona swore before promptly hanging up the phone and returning to Meredith's room.
"Everything ok." Maggie asked
"Yes. No. I don't know my wife is in a coma, we don't know if she will ever wake up and if she doesn't if she will have any problems. And now I need to tell the kids it's a lot." Arizona said breaking down into sobs.
"Oh Ari," Amelia cooed walking over to sit next to her. "I'm so sorry, do you want our help telling the kids?"
"Um yes please, can you go get them, don't bring them in just I'll meet them outside." Arizona answered taking a deep breath.
"Sure thing, I'll go" Maggie answered, before leaving the room.

A few moments later Maggie was outside the front of the room, all four kids in tow.
"Mamma is everything ok?" Zola asked looking at her mum.
"No my baby girls it's not, come sit down. I need to talk to you all." Arizona answered sitting down on the chairs near the nurses desk, as she sat down Ellis crawled into her lap.
"My babies, I love you." She cooed,
"Mamma what's going on, why are we at the hospital where is mummy?" Sofia asked
"That's what I need to talk to you about." Arizona answered, "late last night mummy and I where sleeping when.. you know how mummy's been sick?" She asked looking at her children who all nodded,
"Well last night mummy got more sick, mummy for rushed to the hospital and Dr Bailey and all the other doctors worked hard to make sure she was ok...but while they where helping mummy, mummy fell asleep but not the kind of sleep that you and I have this is a sleep that's really hard to wake up from." Arizona explained looking at her kids.
"So when will mummy wake up?" Ellis asked,
"We don't know yet sweetheart...yeah we don't know." Arizona answered, she could see the tears running down Sofia and Zola's face; they understood what she meant, and without saying it they know that Arizona meant Meredith may never wake up.
"Do you want to see Mummy?" Arizona asked,
"Yeah" Bailey cheered,
"Ok but I need to warn you mamma doesn't look very nice right now she's got a big plastic tube in her mouth that's helping her breathe, it looks scary but it's not hurting mummy ok?" Arizona warned, she hated that she had to warn the kids about Meredith but she didn't want them to be scared.
