She stopped in front of a door that had a number four on it. She slowly opened it and was met with heavy snores. She walked into the room and looked at the beds to find him. There he laid spread out on his bed the covers kicked on the floor. Brin shook her head and moved over to him and poked him in the side. "CD? CD Wake up. CD?" Shek poked him again and CD murmured in his sleep.

"CD wake up!" She shook him this time and he jumped.

"BRIN!" Brin placed her hand over his mouth and looked at the auras of the other fourth year boys. They slowly returned to a calm yellow as they fell into a deeper sleep.

"I need to talk to you." Tears threatened to spill from Brin’s eyes as she removed her hand from his mouth. CD watched her and stood up putting an arm around her.

"Let's go to the common room." Brin nodded as he led her to the plant filled common room. They sat down on a couch and he looked at her. "What happened? I thought you were making friends."

Tears fell from Brin’s eyes. She had done this a lot with CD last year. Waking him up in the middle of the night and telling him her problems. "I am, well I was. I don't even know." She told him about Cat and how she had been so caught up in making new friends she hadn't thought it would happen again she hadn't thought she would feel that pain again. She told him about the fight with Ella and how that made her feel. About the agreeing and how everyone wanted her to fix it. She told him about her yelling at all of them to get along.

"I just snapped!" Tears were flowing down her face.

"That ok isn't it. You can snap everyone in a while."

"No physics are not supposed to snap, there supposed to help people with their problems and be calm. They’re supposed to short out people’s emotions not have a huge pile of their own. Physic are-"

"Brin." Brin stopped and looked at him. "Your only human. You may be a physic but even powerful physic have to take care of their own emotions. It ok for you to feel this way. It ok to let it out. You can't fix everything, that not what a physic dose. You just need to take care of yourself and go from there."

He wipped the tears from her face and she hugged him trying not to cry anymore. "You can just cry, it ok." So Brin cried. She cried and cried and cried. The whole time she didn't thinking about the fighting, or what people thing of her. She didn't think about good vrs evil, or how she could help anyone. All she thought of was herself and for that moment it was ok.

Cat laid awake, unable to sleep. She looked over at her sister, sleeping peacefully. Cat's eyes wandered around her new dorm. She had asked for a change three hours ago. She just wished that she had time to tell Brin. Cat had been so caught up with her sister, she hadn't really gotten to know the other girls, she only really knew Brin.

Brin. Was she okay? Did you find out? She probably did considering I didn't go to sleep in the dorm. Was she okay with it? Did she get suspicious? All these thoughts floated around Cat's head until she couldn't take it anymore. Pushing herself of the bed, Cat walked along the hallway, stopping in front of the dorm she needed.

"Brin?" Cat asked, knocking on the door. Nothing. "Are you awake?" Cat could hear a bit of movement from inside the dorm which she took as a yes.

"It's Cat. Look, I changed rooms. I hope your okay with that." There was no answer. "Okay then. You are upset, but it is nothing to do with you, I swear!" She stood there, biting her lip but there was still no answer. Cat could feel her fury rising up. She turned around and banged on the door, but not so loud to wake up the others.

"Fine! Be that way! You know, I apologize and come all this way and now you won't even answer? I thought you were the mature one. Well, that's fine, I don't need you! It's not like I haven't been alone before." Cat whispered the last part, a single tear rolling down her cheek.

She ran down the hall until she found a closet, running inside and locking the door, more tears sliding down her face. A noise of russling from the other side of the closet made Cat snap her head up. She found herself looking at a boy with brown hair and blue eyes.

"What's wrong?" He asked, concern filling his face. Cat didn't know why he would care, but, Cat being Cat, is always polite, even when people don't deserve it or she doesn't want to be. She felt safe with him, though she didn't know why, it felt nice.

"Have you ever done someone and then just wish you hadn't?" Cat asked, tilting her head back. The boy came and sat next to her, muttering a yes with a suttle laugh. They sat in silence for a while, not saying anything, though it wasn't awkward. They were both lost in thought. After a while, Cat spoke again.

"What did you do?" Cat turned to face him but he just smirked, stood up and held out his hand for her.Grabbing his hand, Cat pulled herself up, fixed her face and followed him out of the cupboard. Suddenly, he hugged her. When he let go, he whispered words that made everything seem so simple before walking off.

"I forgave myself." Cat repeated, smiling, before walking to her dorm.
