A/N: Hello everyone! It's been so long! A lot of stuff has happened since the last time I updated. The first thing is that my first round of grad school applications was a complete failure. I got rejected from every college, even my own undergrad college. Second, is that I took a couple graduate math courses over the year and did my second round of grad school applications. I got those back earlier this year, and... I GOT INTO GRAD SCHOOL!!!! Better yet, it was an international program! So, I'm going to be working towards a Master's degree over the course of the next two years. This'll mean that my update schedule will most likely be very inconsistent. You can expect fairly long periods of time between updates. But, I can write my story now since I'm very far away from my parents! I've kept you all for long enough (if you even read these author's notes), so, let's get into the story!

Y/N = your name

F/F = favorite food

F/D = favorite drink

E/C = eye color

H/C = hair color

S/C = scale color

"Talking"

'thinking/voice in head/talking in your head'

"Beast talking/Demonic voice"

Note: This takes place immediately after the events of the end of last chapter. There may be some things that can trigger people, but they are pretty important into understanding the story. I'll do my best to let you know when those moments are if you want to skip them. The first one is immediate.

[Y/N POV]

*skip here if you get triggered extremely easily*

My heart was pounding; my ears were ringing; and my hands were shaking. All I could do was stare at my hands. The hands that killed an innocent. Sure, it was an act of mercy, a coup de grâce, but the act still remains. I killed an innocent woman. As I looked at my hands, they flashed from normal, to covered in blood, and back to normal again. No matter how much I want to look away, I can't. It's like something is keeping my eyes focused on my hands, forcing me to watch my hands flash from normal to being covered in blood over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and then finally it stopped, but only in the form of being covered in blood. I need to wash this off.

Y/N: *rapidly stands up and runs to the bathroom*

As I was washing my hands, I was viciously scrubbing the blood off with soap and water. I can see it running down into the drain. But... why is it still on my hand?! I keep scrubbing harder. It has to come off. There's no way for there to be this much blood on my hand. It won't come off! I keep scrubbing harder, using more soap in the process. This blood just keeps running. I need to wash this off. I can't let anyone see this. They'll call me a monster. I'll get kicked out of the guild. I'll be put on a hit-list. This CAN'T get out! But why won't this fucking blood just wash off?!?!? Why can't this ringing just go away?!?!?! Why?! Why?! WHY?!?!?!?

*knock* *knock* *knock*

The ringing dies down and stops. What? Who is that?

*You can continue reading from here*

Wendy: *behind the door to my room and the door to my bathroom* "Y/N, are you alright? The faucets been running for at least an hour now."

Wendy. That's right, after the fall of the Oración Seis, she had no where to go. So, she joined Fairy Tail, and now she lives with me. I look back at my hands and see that there's no more blood. All the blood that trailed through the room and bathroom was gone. All that was left was some dropped soap on the sink and a running faucet. I turned off the faucet and started drying my hands while answering her.
