A/N: Holy s*** on a s***er!Thank you all so  much for 149 reads! I didn't think this many people would enjoy my writing. Thank you all so much, it means a lot to me! Also, I'm keeping the option open to change who the pairing is for the reader. I'm assuming people want to keep Erza for the pairing since no one gave any input, but I'll keep it open just in case. Now, I finally got time to sit down and write again, so without further ado, here is the next chapter.

[Y/N's POV]

I walked into the mansion to see that it was quite beautiful inside. There were a lot of paintings and sculptures around the room. I look behind me to see that Natsu, Happy, and Lucy are there, and seem ready to start the quest.

Y/N: 'I think I'll let them take the lead for this quest. I can't keep doing things for them whenever I'm here.' *stops and gestures for the group to go on ahead of him*

I walk behind everyone into what appears to be a small relaxation area filled with books and comfortable places to sit.

???: "Hello! Are you four the wizards that accepted the job?"

Lucy: "Yes. We heard you wanted us to destroy a book?"

Kaby: "Yes, that would be correct. We should introduce ourselves. I am Kaby Melon, owner of this estate, and *gestures to his right* the woman here next to me is my wife."

I'm currently observing how Natsu, Happy, and Lucy react to the situation. Lucy seems a bit more on the professional side, and seems a bit suspicious after hearing Kaby's name. On the other hand, Natsu is more on the immature side, and just wants to burn the book to ashes.

Y/N: *sigh* 'Those two never learn.'

Kaby explains the mission to us. He wants us to find a book called Day Break and destroy it. Apparently, it's somewhere in a mansion owned by a man named Duke Everlue. He finishes his explanation, and we're about to head off, until Lucy speaks up.

Lucy: "I have a question?"

Kaby: "Yes? What is your question?"

Lucy: "This quest was originally 200,000 jewels for reward, but was then raised to 2,000,000 jewels. I can't help but ask, what caused you to raise the price to such an extent?"

Kaby: *Sighs* "That makes sense to ask. I need this book to be destroyed no matter what. I can't allow this book to exist. I-"

Natsu suddenly grabs Lucy and runs out of the Mansion with Happy following behind.

Natsu: "C'mon Lucy, let's get going! The sooner we find this book and destroy it, the sooner I can fight Y/N!"

I stand there and sigh at Natsu's childishness. I turn back to Kaby and his wife and apologize to them.

Y/N: *writing* I apologize about their childish behavior. I'm here to make sure they don't accidentally destroy the town looking for the book.

I bow and head out to find where Natsu and Lucy headed off to. I catch onto Natsu's scent and quickly follow the trail leading me towards the three crouched in the woods looking at another mansion. Lucy seems to be a bit troubled though over something.  I walk up quietly and tap lightly on Lucy's shoulder.
