~𝙲𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚕 𝙼𝚊𝚎 𝙼𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚎
The sky is dark navy blue and about almost an hour ago the sun had went down and everyone on the boat is now freezing their asses off from the wind. We are all still soaked in water as if we just got back on the boat. As we are on our way back to the decks which is about a latish 30 min or so away I curl up in a corner on one of the couches attached to the boat.
Thanks to River, my shirt is now drenched in cold water and my hair is all knotted from my braid but somehow is still intact. Those two things are probably the only things keeping me awake right now. Im also a little drunk so if that doesn't tell you anything I don't know what will.
I move my head and look around the boat to see if I can find River anywhere. All I want right now is to be cuddled up with him in his warm arms, covered in one of his big sweatshirts and my head against his chest...
Quit it. I stop the running thoughts of straight up delusions from my thick skull.
I place my head on top of the surface right behind the couch and close my eyes but I suddenly realize I'm severely shaking my ass off. Like literally.
I look back up to see River coming my way and quickly sits down beside me. Gosh so help me.
"You look like your standing in the middle of a blizzard naked." He doesn't take his eyes off of me. His giggles slowly turn into a grin. I kick his thigh with my bare foot.
"Asshole." I glare at him but now I feel bad for kicking him that hard.
"Me? Asshole? Your the one that just kicked the living daylights out of my leg." He whines and rubs his thigh.
"You pushed me in and now I'm freezing my ass off." I pout and turn to the corner of the couch and curl up still shivering.
River tilts his head and sighs. "Nobody said you had to swim with your shirt on."
The audacity for him to say that right now. I don't answer him instead I shiver more and close my eyes.
He sighs one more time.
"Peach. Come here." He holds open his arm as I scoot beside him to finally feel his warmth around me. He puts his arm around my shoulder and I friendly lay my head on his shoulder closing my eyes one last time but not falling asleep.
"Once we get off the boat we are going to have a bonfire to warm everyone up. Do you wanna stay? I can drive you home if you need me to."
"Yeah, I'm sure Hannah is staying and she'll kill me if I get her car wet."
"You weren't kidding your shirt is cold." He shivers and releases his arm from around me and wipes the water off of him.
"Yeah no shit." I wait for him to put his arm back around me but I look around and the boat has stopped.

-𝚁𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 𝚃𝚑𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚜𝚘𝚗The warmth between me and the bonfire feels so much more better than holding frozen peach again. And yes I do feel a little bad about pushing her In with her shirt on. Come to think of it I don't even know why in the hell that wasn't the first thing I did anyways. Respectfully...
The things I imagine on a daily about her is wild, but if that's how she rolls I'm down.
Tjay and Jamie are just now coming back from the surf shack with blankets and marshmallows.
"Your shitting me. Where is the chocolate and the Graham crackers?" I hear coming from Oliver from across the fire. I'm wondering the same thing.
"Out of em dawg." Tjay replies back throwing the the marshmallows at Oliver.
