Chapter 23 Falling in love

Matt and Skylar were going on a few dates. He brought her flowers to the house. They decorated it differently as Rose had it, he is literally falling for her. On the other hand Skylar is seeing something different than a dad now she sees him as a husband and she's a happy woman living with a man who takes care of her and helps around the house.

Skylar POV
Matt is so handsome, now he dresses differently as how he used to do with mom, now he helps around the house. He's caring, he's passionate, we cuddle at night and we go out. What was so different about him when he was with mom?? He was drunk and his clothes we're all ripped. They had holes, ugh I'm glad we threw that away.  Now he gave up the wine to the neighbors since they love to drink so much and he put a few bottles in Alex's house when they come back. What I don't love about Matt?? He's the best man I could ever find. The first kiss at the courthouse was super successful. He gave it with passion something that I couldn't resist and gave it back, oh and btw that's how we always do every night when we go to sleep, with a big passionate kiss every night.

Matt POV
I married the most wonderful girl I can possibly have, I don't see Skylar as my daughter anymore I see her as my wife as a person to care to love to always be there for her in a bad times and worst times, sure she has mental health problems but that does not gonna stop me from losing her if she goes to the hospital I'll be there for her and stay right next to her. At the courthouse I gave her the most passionate kiss that I ever could and she responded back, it was a beautiful moment for both of us. We went on our honeymoon to a place where it's quiet and didn't have much light and we spent some quality time getting to know each other remembering when she was a kid now as an adult taking responsibility for Kat. Seeing all this stuff is wonderful. I cannot imagine living without her.
