Amarillo del Bosque Verde giggled as she watched (y/n) try to put the saddle on his Rhyhorn the way Serena had shown them. The creature resisted which was making the boy struggle. "Want some help?"

"I got this" (y/n) replied as the Pokémon stepped on his foot and he yelped in pain.

Yellow cringed as she saw him fall and grab his foot. A creature of that size and weight stepping on him must have broken something. "Okay, I'm helping"

(y/n) didn't argue as Yellow got down on her knees. She glanced around to make sure nobody was watching, they were all to busy trying to stop Roxanne's Rhyhorn from rampaging. Yellow gently took the boys booted foot in her hands and closed her eyes.

When she opened her eyes again the boy was pulling his foot away. She got back up to her feet and offered him her hand. "So that works on humans too. Good to know" (y/n) smiled as he took Yellow's hand and she pulled him up.

"I don't know how well it worked" she frowned, noticing the boy seemed to be putting more weight on the foot which hadn't been injured. "Maybe you should go see the school doctor?"

"Maybe" (y/n) agreed as he nodded. "First though let's do this"

Yellow nodded before walking over to the boys Rhyhorn. It backed away but she held out her hand and placed it on its head. "Hey, we're not hurting you, just putting on a saddle" she spoke as she sensed its emotions and tried to calm them.

As she calmed him (y/n) slowly made his way to the Pokémon's side and finished attaching the saddle.

The Pokémon slowly lay down at Yellow's psychic request. "Well? Get on" She smiled at the boy as she pat the Pokémon's head again.

(Y/n) glanced over at Roxanne's Rhyhorn which she was riding as it ran into a wall, almost sending her flying off. "You sure it's safe?"

Yellow wanted to say she was sure but her powers were strongest when she was closer to the Pokémon. "I'll walk at your side, keep him calm. You don't need to go fast"

(Y/n) nodded. "alright" he quickly snatched Yellow's hat from her head, causing her to yelp in surprise as her large ponytail fell free behind her. "But if I go flying into a wall like Calem-" he motioned to the boy who had suddenly went flying into one of the Gymnasium's padded walls. "-then your hat goes with me" he placed the hat on his own head. It was to small.

Yellow smiled a bit. "Alright then. But first listen to me. Pokémon can be scary" she motioned to Calem's Rhyhorn that was still freaking out. "But they're basically kind loving creatures. If you raise them with kindness and gentleness, then they'll always be your friends. Do you get what I'm saying?" She didn't know why she chose now to be the time she parroted Red's words to her but it felt appropriate.

(Y/n) nodded as he pat his Rhyhorn gently. "Yeah. I get it" he nodded before carefully getting onto the saddle. "Treat them how you wanted to be treated right?"

"Exactly" Yellow smiled as she looked to Rhyhorn and as if it were the one that could read thoughts it began walking.

Luckily for Amarillo's hat (y/n) had not gone flying into a wall. The Rhyhorn had just walked a couple laps around the room before deciding to run one lap, Yellow ended up falling behind during that and as a result she stopped using her powers to calm the Pokémon. (Y/n) was surprised but it seemed he didn't need her to do that anymore.

After a quick visit to the school doctor, a man named Ted, and his assistant, Chaos, he was told that Yellow had sufficiently healed his foot. It should be good as new in a day or so.

The boy now walked down the halls, holding his Rhyhorn's ball in his hand before he suddenly felt a presence at his side. He turned his head and noticed Green again. "So... how's the foot?"

"Yellow told you?" (Y/n) asked with a confused look.

"Of course not... her hat is bugged" Green replied with a smirk.

"Seriously?" (Y/n) asked with a surprised glare.

"Yeah. I don't use listen in often though. Only when I'm bored or need to find her" she shrugged as she looked down at the boys foot. "She doesn't heal people often. Forgot she could even do it"

"Does she know you have her hat bugged?" (Y/n) questioned with a frown.

"Nope. But she owes me anyways. Red, Blue, and I all held back on applying here until she was old enough to come with. We could be halfway to graduating by now"

"I can't tell if you're a really good friend or a bad one" (y/n) said as he shook his head.

Green shrugged. "So... thought about doing that favor for me?"

"Yeah I don't know" (y/n) shook his head. "I'm not helping you beat Blue just because you're cute"

"So what'll it take then?" Green asked as she smirked. "How about-"

"I'm not screwing over Blue" (y/n) shook his head, causing Green to pout.

"It's not screwing over a friend it's helping out another friend" Green argued.

"Is that what we are?" (Y/n) asked as he glanced over at the girl as they continued walking.

"We can be" Green smiled as she shrugged. "Blue will never know what you did"

"He's a pretty smart cookie" (y/n) countered as he shook his head again. "I think he'd catch on"

Green huffed. "Fine, I'll just go get your other roomie to do it"

"Good luck with that" (y/n) replied with a shrug. "You're going to need it"

Green huffed. "You know... I could blackmail you"

(Y/n) quickly gave her a confused look. "How's that?"

"I have all the audio from Yellow's hat" Green smirked. "I'm sure I can find something in there to use against you"

"Do you think I'd say anything blackmail worthy out loud to someone I barely know?" (Y/n) asked.

Green was silent for a moment. "...No" she turned around and stormed off. "I'll probably have better luck with Calem"
