The Boat Part 6

"Last day on the boat" (y/n) whispered to himself as he looked out over the ocean. "What are your plans?" He glanced over at Arven who just shrugged as he continued to pet Mabosstiff as he sat on the floor, the Pokémon's head in his lap.

"I would think you'd be with Green" Arven spoke as he glanced up at his friend. "Doing romance stuff"

"She's still asleep" (y/n) replied with a shrug. "And what do you mean when you say romance stuff?"

"I don't know" Arven shook his head. "If I did I'd be elsewhere doing romance stuff"

"Fair" (y/n) shrugged as he looked back ahead of the ship. "I would think Juliana has a good idea though"

Arven gave a tired look. "I had to sleep on the floor because of her. No way she likes me like you think if she made me do that"

"Pardon?" (Y/n) frowned.

"She fell asleep in my bed" Arven explained and (y/n) let out an exasperated sigh.

"Arven.... Buddy... she's obsessed with you... like it's bordering on unhealthy, her obsession" (y/n) leaned against the railing as he watched Arven. "She probably wanted you to lay down and fall asleep next to her"

"Nah" Arven shook his head. "She just likes to mess with me"

"Alright, stand" he grabbed his friend's arm and pulled him up as his Pokémon also stood. "This is getting painful to watch. Juliana helped me with Green so I'm gonna return the favor"

Arven frowned. "What do you mean?"

"Come" he pulled Arven back below the deck and his Pokémon quickly and happily followed behind.

Soon enough they found Juliana and her dragon lizard motorcycle eating one of Arven's sandwiches in the kitchen. "¡Hola!" She smiled as she let the motorcycle eat the sandwich.

"Hi" (y/n) replied as he dragged Arven inside by the arm. He pushed him down into the seat across from Julianna. "Arven is completely oblivious"

"You're going to have to be more specific" Juliana responded as Miraidon finished her sandwich.

"He hasn't picked up on your obvious feelings for him" (y/n) spoke.

Juliana looked like a Deerling in headlights. "Uh- what feelings?" She replied nervously.

(Y/n) just shook his head. "Seriously? Just tell the boy Juliana"

Juliana looked between (y/n) and Arven a few times. "I don't-" she sighed. "Do I have ro?"

"You made me" (y/n) replied. "Albeit the circumstances were different but still"

Juliana sighed again before nodding. "Arven- nope. Can't do this!" She stood up but Miraidon was blocking her from leaving. "Not you too!" The robot lizard motorcycle of course didn't reply. "Fine" Juliana sat back down before looking again to Arven, who at this point must have figured out her feelings. "You like me" it was not a question.

Arven and (y/n) both gave very confused looks. "Did you just to confess to you for me?"

"I did" Juliana nodded as her smile widened. "And you didn't deny it!" She launched herself across the table and hugged Arven. "You like me too!"

Arven hugged the girl back as he tried to figure out what the fuck had just happened. Nothing that had just happened made any sense.

(Y/n) smiled as he watched the two before taking his leave, deciding to give the two some privacy.

"We're getting pretty close to land" Green spoke as she stood, in her green sundress and oversized straw hat, watching the ocean and the land beyond.

"Well we are docking tonight. Makes sense that we'd be getting close today" (y/n) shrugged as he looked over at the girl. "You ready to get back to classes?"

"Hell no" Green shook her head before suddenly gaining a small smile. "Although I am excited to finally start going on dates"

(Y/n) smiled too. "As am I" he was silent for a moment. "Just to be clear you mean just with me right?"

Green gave him a curious look. "Obviously. Who else do you think I'm with?"

"Nobody" he shook his head. "I'm just confused about how dating works. I always thought the second you start going out you're mutually exclusive but then I was told that until like the third date you're allowed to see other people? I don't understand any of this anymore"

Green shook her head. "I'm not seeing anyone else. Are you?"

"Of course not" (y/n) shook his head quickly. "I still don't get why you like me. You can't make a miracle happen twice"

Green smirked. "You think it's a miracle that I like you? That's kinda adorable" she grabbed the boys arm to pull him closer to her. "Tell me why"

(Y/n) shrugged. "Well you're one of the most attractive people I know and I'm... well, me. Never thought I even had a chance with you"

Green quickly placed a kiss on the boys lips. "You sell yourself short. You're attractive too" she placed her hands on the boys shoulders as she looked up at him. "I am definitely the hottest person you know though, that I won't deny"

(Y/n) decided not to point out that those weren't his words. "Whatever you say sweetheart"

"Whatever I say?" Green asked with a smirk. "How about we go back to the pool and make out like the randy teenagers that we are?"

(Y/n) was silent for a moment, thinking of reminding Green that she in fact was not a teenager anymore, before replying. "I- um- That does sound nice" the last part was more of a whisper. "What if someone's there though?" He asked at his normal volume.

Green smirked. "Then we make out right next to them until they get super uncomfortable and leave of course" the boy laughed at that as Green took his hand. "Come on, let's make the most of this last day out here"

"Alright lady, lead the way" (y/n) nodded as they began walking.
