(Zhi) he's supposed to have a low cut but, I couldn't find a model I liked for him with a low cut.
ZHI POV
Okay, I shouldn't tease my brother in that way, but it's too easy. His ass get all embarrassed and be blushing. He hates how people always making jokes about light skin guys, being pretty and soft. Ace was far from soft, everyone from this town and the next knew that. Ace was known for beating you up, tall, short, big, skinny, his hand's didn't discriminate. Unfortunately, the pretty part he somehow was going to have to deal with. He was handsome and it worked in my favor because the girls were obsessed. You put him and I in a room with your most loyal bitch and she going to fold. Seen it happen too many times to count.
When Zhi got to class, he didn't see Ace. That was strange, since he left a few minutes before him. He sat down in the back, where they always sat. The bell rung and Ace came strolling in fast, he made eye contact with Zhi and quickly looked down, going to his seat. Something was wrong. Zhi leaned over to him, covering his mouth. "You good?"
He didn't even turn to look in his direction. "Um, good."
"You know I was just fuckin with you?" He could be sensitive.
"Zhi, I know that aight...I'm just tryna focus." He snapped.
"Dang, my bad." Zhi left him alone the remainder of class.
When class was over he waited for him outside the door like always but Ace walked right past him.
He ran to catch up to him and pulled his shoulder, turning him around. "You dragging this shit out now, I was joking. Can we leave that where it's at?"
"I just need to get to this other class, I can't be late anymore. I'll catch you at lunch."
"Cool, we good then?" Zhi put his hand out and Ace did the handshake.
"Yeah, we good." He did a weak smile, then turned on his heel to leave.
We ain't good. Zhi shrugged it off as he spotted Coco, thick ass. "Coco!!" She turned around and a big smiled spread across her face.
"You wore them jeans for me?" His eyes roamed her body.
"Ugh, no."
"You lying, I just sent a screenshot of you in these and told you I love when you wear them." He put his hands on her waist, pulling her into him.
"Okay, maybe you're right." She bit her bottom lip.
"I had a good time with you last night."
"I did too. You are actually a gentleman, when you ain't frontin around your boys." She smiled up at him.
"Mannnnn.....you know we just be playing, but when it come to you, I'm willing to do everything right."
She rolled her eyes. "I hope so, because I'm finally giving you a chance. I've liked you for a while too but your reputation isn't exact ideal for what I want."
He sucked his teeth. "I didn't even date almost this entire year, and I said I wasn't going to. I'm a senior and just want to focus on getting into a good school, but a opportunity to get with you...I ain't never passing on that."
She stared into his eyes, unsure if she could trust him. He wasn't worried. He had the gift of making any girl believe him, his mom said he had trusting eyes. He wasn't letting up on her.
"Okay, are you going to let me wear your letterman jacket Friday?" Zhi let her go and took her hand in his as they walked down the hall.
"Can't wait to see you in it." They hugged before going in seperate classrooms.

His next classes went by quickly. Ace was quieter in lunch than usual, even at football practice, he wasn't really there. The ride home, he just kept the music up high. Ace didn't even try to press him any further. He could have some other stuff bothering him, he would tell Zhi in his own time. His stepdad was fixing a cabinet in the kitchen when he walks through the front door. "Good evening, Mr. Samson."
He smiled when seeing Zhi. "Good evening, Zhion. How was school?"
"It was good, and football was also."
"Good. Your mom went to pick up dinner for tonight, I'll knock on your door when it's time to eat."
"Thanks." Zhi then ran up the stairs to his room. He was grateful his bathroom was built into his room. Together his mom and Mr. Samson made good money. His mom was always independent and made sure he had what he needed, but with Mr.Samson, he now had what he wanted. His only requirements were, good grades and to be respectful. His mom had already instilled that in him. She understood she was raising a young black man, so she did everything she was suppose too, to prepare him for the world. Zhi wasn't only good in sports, he was a straight A student.
He stripped down, throwing his clothes in the hamper, then stepping into the warm shower. It was made to come down straight above him. He loved his bathroom. After showering and dinner, he FaceTimes Coco. They talked for an hour. She started falling asleep and he would of stayed on the phone with her, while she slept, but he had to call Ace.
No matter what that was his nigga and he had to make sure he was straight. They were brothers and he really loved him like his mama birth him. Their moms would drill into their heads to always look out and be there for one another. They didn't need to, because they both wanted to do that anyways. There wasn't a thing on this planet he wouldn't do for his friend.
**************Anyone love their friends like this☺️
