Zhi Pov

Where did Ace disappear to? He was locked in with Coco but he still came here to have a good time with the guys. He spotted Dante trying to spit game to some chick. He wasn't gettin no play. He scanned the party, looking for his best friend. Still no sign of him after searching for about five minutes. He decided to head upstairs. He was most likely up there with some random girl. Zhi laughed to himself, feeling the weed. He looked in the first two rooms and found nothing. Then it was a door at the end, kind of off to the side. He felt like he was barely moving. Once he was standing in front of the door, he knocked loudly. There was no answer, he knocked again.

Ace

"Bro, you in there?" He could hear Zhi's voice. He started to panic. Jarvis wasn't stressing at all. He pulled out a blunt and lit it.

"Just act like we was smoking a blunt, chill out."

Zhi started to twist the knob and the door came open.

Zhi

There he was, smoking a blunt with their rival running back. It was throwing him off, but he was too high to give a damn. "Sup, just was lookin for you. You tryna get on the dance flo and turn this bitch out?"

"Hell yeah!" Ace dapped up Jarvis and followed behind Zhi.

They were playing Drill music, everyone was rapping every single word. Zhi, focused on Ace as they got hype off the song. Them New Yorkers was really making songs that's going to have people wanting to dance and do a drive by. He really was trying to hold on to this last moments with his best friend. They were most likely going to different colleges, with different ambitions. He really wasn't prepared for having to separate from him. Ace eyes gleamed of happiness as they rapped the lyrics, hanging on to each other. He would miss this.

When it was over, they dropped Dante and headed to Zhi house. His parents were sleep. They tiptoed to his room.

Ace

Zhi immediately came out of his shirt and pants. He was only in briefs and socks. He brushed his hair and put on his wave cap. Damn! He was perfect.
"You hungry?"

"Yeah, I could eat." Ace rubbed his stomach.

"Imma run down and get us some food, you can get the game setup." Zhi left the room.

He was happy for his friend and his new life. His room was huge. The bed could fit like 6 people. One thing he loved about spending the night, is that he was able to sleep in the bed with Zhi. After about 10 minutes he came back in the room with junk food and warmed up spaghetti. "I know this your favorite food my mom makes."

"Hell yeah," Ace rubbed his hands together.

"Wait nigga, bow your head real quick." Zhi snapped. "Lord, thank you for this food, bless it to our bodies." He then nodded. "We can eat now."
