Secrecy

Chapter 12:

I let out a small sigh in happiness and relief then began singing.

"Let's not get upset to-night
Cause I'm just gonna fly_ so-high.

I'm Going To Chase Away.
All these feelings of dismay.
-So I say Oh -
Let's not fade away__
Oh please let the night stay_
Cause I don't wanna turn to grey
Oh and that is when I say
Don't let it fade away_
(Let's not fade away)
Oh take my hand and let it stay
Cause tonight is forever-, I may say.
.............
Let's Not Fade Away___!!
Cause I'm just gonna fly so high!
I know I'm out of my_ mind.
But I know it's better than being behind.
So I say Oh
Please let the night stay.
Cause I don't wanna turn to grey.
I know Everything is just fine.
But you know that's a lie_.
Oh. Let's not fade away___."
I then sang softer.

"Let's not get upset to-night
Cause I'm just gonna fly_ so-high
So don't let it fade away." I finished.

Everyone clapped and I smiled, but that wasn't the end, we kept playing and after an hour into the party we stopped playing to rest for a few minutes. "So how are we doing?" I asked Axel when I got off the stage. 

"Great, actually." He answered smiling. He was sitting on a stool with a coke cupped in his hands

"Good to know. But um I thought you weren't coming."

He smiled down at his drink. "You're important that's why I came."

Immediately I looked down, feeling by cheeks flaming red. "Oh." I could only say.

He laughed and looked up at me. "So why aren't you guys big?" Axel asked. 

I cleared my throat and shrugged. "We don't really show ourselves, but there are days were we go to the square and perform. Either way we just started like eight months ago." I said, with a smile. 

"So Cristian was the last person to join?" Axel asked. 

I nodded then spotted Tyler with Becky. "C'mon Axel let me introduce you to my brother." I said making him stand up. He looked a bit awkward but allowed me to drag him to my brother. "Hey Tyler this is Axel." I said with a bright smile.

Tyler glanced over at me for a second before looking back at Axel. "Hey, nice to meet you." Tyler said stretching his hand out. For some reason he was eyeing Axel. Did he not like him?

"Hey, nice to meet you too." Axel said shaking his hand. He then looked over at Becky. 

"What's up Axel." Becky said giving him a quick hug.

He stiffened and took a step back after Becky let go. "Hey." He simply said. 

"What brings you here? Did Belle invite you?" She asked as she looked back at me. I forced a smiled and looked up at Tyler who looked a bit annoyed.

"Yeah, she called me earlier."

Becky's eyes  widened as if a light bulb went off in her head. "Oh. Is he who you called earlier?" She asked looking over at me. My smile dropped a bit but I nodded. She chuckled and a wicked smile formed on her face. "Why where you so upset after the phone call then?"

Becky! I gasped, but tried to act casual. "No reason. C'mon Axel let's go." I said pulling him away. 

"Bye nice meeting you Tyler." He said as I pulled him away, back to where we had been seated before. Thankfully Axel didn't say anything about it. "You're brother doesn't like me." He said instead.
