After a while, Lan Wangji brought Wei Ying's hands to his lips, planting soft kisses upon his palms.

Wei Ying's laughter rippled through the garden, a carefree and joyful sound that danced upon the night breeze. Wangji's simple yet affectionate gesture had the power to dissolve any remaining tension from their earlier conversation, leaving only the warmth of their love.

"Lan Zhan, you've changed," Wei Ying said with a soft smile, his eyes brimming with affection. "And I'm grateful for it."

Lan Wangji didn't need words to express his feelings. He leaned in, capturing Wei Ying's lips in a tender kiss, sealing their love in the quiet embrace of the moonlit garden. Wei Ying was initially surprised but quickly returned the kiss, his hands gently caressing Wangji's face, drawing him closer. As they kissed, the mingling scents of sandalwood and blooming flowers filled the air, and Wei Ying marveled at how wonderful Lan Wangji always smelled. He let his hands tangle around Wangji's neck, eliciting a shiver of pleasure. Wei Ying couldn't help but smile during their passionate kiss as he drew Wangji closer.

Their kiss deepened, and the world around them faded into insignificance as they poured all their love and longing into that stolen moment. It was a kiss filled with promises, an unspoken vow to weather any storm that came their way. When they finally parted, their foreheads rested together, their breaths coming in soft, synchronized rhythms. Wei Ying's voice was a whisper against Wangji's lips.

"You've been driving me wild, Lan Zhan, from the very beginning."

He captured Wangji's lips again in a passionate kiss, a testament to the depth of his longing for Wangji. Wei Ying allowed himself to recline on the grass, his hands still entangled around Wangji's neck, pulling him down with him. Wangji settled on top of him, drawing a soft moan from Wei Ying, supporting himself on his forearms to avoid putting too much weight on him, their lips never parting. Lan Wangji's heart was beating fast and loud; he was sure Wei Ying could hear it too at this rate.

Beneath the moonlit sky, on the soft grass, Wangji and Wei Ying continued their passionate exchange. The night belonged to them, and they were determined to savor every second of it, their hearts beating in perfect harmony. As their kisses deepened, Wei Ying's hands traced Wangji's contours, his touch igniting a fire within Wangji's soul. It was a touch that was both gentle and ardent, and their bodies were pressed together as if seeking to merge into one. Every caress, every whispered endearment, served as an affirmation of their love.

Wangji finally broke the kiss, his gaze filled with love as he looked into Wei Ying's eyes. "We should go inside the house," he said breathlessly.

Wei Ying's eyes, filled with desire and affection, met Wangji's as they lay in the moonlit garden. He nodded, his breathing heavy, and whispered, "Yes, let's go inside."

Hand in hand, they gracefully disentangled themselves, assisting each other as they rose from the soft grass. Their hearts raced with anticipation, and together, they walked back to the Jingshi, where they could continue discovering each other.

Each week, Wei Ying spent his nights in the Jingshi. Sometimes, A-Yuan would accompany him, and their evenings were filled with games, shared meals, and restful slumber. Lan Wangji found himself cherishing these moments, embracing the warmth and liveliness that Wei Ying and A-Yuan brought into his life. They had become his new family, and he took joy in looking after them.

Occasionally, Wei Ying would entrust A-Yuan to Wen Qing's care and seek out Wangji's companionship for an intimate evening of cuddles and affection. Last night was one of those nights. After a night filled with passion, Wangji awoke early the following morning, greeted by a flood of cherished memories.
