Hades had been immediately summoned to the throne room. Zeus's face was nothing, but serious as he awaited his brothers words.

"Brother, has my son's soul come to you recently?" The King of the Gods asked.

Hades raised an eyebrow before summoning a black ipad and began scrolling through it. "Lets see here.......Jason Grace........No he has not been sent to my realm. It seems Thanatos was there and ready to take him, but he was saved from dying. As far as I know he is still alive."

Reyna turned to look at her friend to see her reaction. Thalia's face had been devoid of emotion since Hades had been summoned, but now she was smiling a bit. Her eyes were still red and puffy from before and her face still had the tear stains, but she looked as if some life had come back to her.

"Well then, a rescue party must be sent for them." Poseidon urged.

"Agreed, if we are to have any chance in this war then we must save Jason and the Norse demigod. Together they have the skills and abilities to fight whatever it is that wants us dead." Athena said.

"Any who oppose the idea?" Poseidon asked. It was a rhetorical question, but there was usually one fool who would speak out just for the sake of disagreeing with everyone. Poseidon made sure to move his gaze to Dionysus, who shifted uncomfortably in his throne.

The Lord of the Seas turned to his brother only to find him staring off into the floor of the throne room. "Brother?" He asked. After a second he noticed that Zeus's eyes had gone completely white.

"No!" Zeus boomed in the middle of the throne room which not only caught everyones attention, but also scare them to death.

"Father?" Thalia asked, speaking for the first time in hours.

Zeus's face became horrified as he locked eyes with his daughter. "Jason prayed to me for help. I sent an eagle to bring him home, but........." He said, trailing off at the end.

"Brother." Poseidon said again, but this time was louder than the first. Zeus faced his brother and Poseidon instantly knew something had gone wrong.

"They were shot down. I have lost my connection to him." The god mumbled as everyones eyes widened in shock.

Thalia's face turned to horror as she realized what that had meant. Jason was most likely going to die now.

"Send me back!" The daughter of Zeus demanded. Her father turned to her, a look of defeat on his face. "Daughter, I can not take you to a place where we hold no power."

Thalia stared at her father in disbelief, even she had always thought of her father as all powerful. Even now the words didn't sound right, but they were coming from him. If the King of the Gods himself was unable to do anything about the situation then there was surely no hope.

"We could send the Hunters of Artemis back. They couldn't have gotten far." Apollo offered.

Athena shook her head in dismay. "That won't be possible, Artemis was in Germany tracking down a beast and they were headed there. They would already be on the boat halfway to their destination. Even if we managed to tell them of the problem at hand they wouldn't make it in time. I am afraid we are going to have to trust that the son of Thor will emerge victorious and with Jason in tow."

The room fell into silence as everyone pondered ideas to get them out. They were unsure if it were even possible with the Olympians having a lack of power in the foreign country.

"Perhaps we should ask Lord Odin for help. It is the Norse land after all." Poseidon added.

Zeus was staring off into space, his mind deep in thought. He was angry, angry at the possibility that his son was going to die or already dead. "It would seem that is our only course of action. Hermes, go and request Lord Odin's presence on Olympus."
