Sorry guys it's been awhile since I update.. I kinda forgot about the story...
Riley's POV
It's the first day of 8th grade year and I have no friends.. Me and Maya should have walked through the front together and she would have stood up on the bench and said "We are the Queens of the School, bow down to us younglings!" And then she would have placed my princess crown on my head. But here I am standing at my locker all alone. It didn't quite hit me til now that I really didn't have any other friends besides Maya, Lucas, and Farkle. So I guess this year will be a clean slate....
I walk to my first class alone & I can tell people are staring and whispering about me. "Where's Maya?"
"Didn't you hear. Lucas dumped Riley to go after Maya."
"Awh poor Riley, she doesn't have anyone left.."
That last comment really made me rethink myself.. I mean they're right.. All my life I thought is was going to be Me and Maya. We were going to get married and live by each other and we were both going to have kids that were best friends and we were going to work together... But now that dream has become distant... Did I make the right decision to separate myself from Maya? Are we ever going to be friends again...?
Lucas's POV
I search for Riley all morning but I can't find her... I've asked everyone and they said nobody really knows since she's not with Maya. Then they give me dirty looks and talk about me when I leave... I really need to find Riley so i can apologize to her. I will do anything to get her to forgive me. I can not see a life without her... Or Maya. Come to think of it I haven't seen Maya at all today either. Where is she?
Maya's POV
You can do it.... It would be so easy... If you do it you'd be gone from their lives forever and you know it's what they want... For you to be gone...
