Blood everywhere.

the air stained with blue and red.

Peacemaker screamed, holding minks' bloody body.

Auklet on fire.

Bumblebee with her wings ripped off.

Cliff snarling at a figure in the dark that Peacemaker can't make out.

His teachers dead.

Fire raging across the school.

The Invisible rainwing who attacked him Grinning nefariously, he couldn't see her face, just white teeth smiling and scary fire-like eyes.

Her teeth sank into Cliffs neck, killing him immediately. Peacemaker opened his mouth to scream, but nothing came out. His throat was slowly closing up. Panic began to rise in his stomach, and he dropped minks' body, spreading his wings. something held him down. He screamed, struggling against the strong hold.

"Get off!" he yelled, kicking at his attacker helplessly. Claws dug into his scales and Peacemaker cried out in pain. Smoke swirled around him like an endless shadow.

Black was creeping into the corners of his eyes slowly, and Peacemaker stopped struggling, sweat streaming down his face. Black was twisting itself into his thoughts and covering his body.

Then he was gone.

. . .

Mandarin grumpily woke with a start as Bumblebee jumped around excitedly. "Today's the start of real classes!" she squealed, and Mink groaned, turning over. "Bumblebee, I know you're excited, but its barely Dawn, and some of us need to sleep." Bumblebee let out a whine, flapping her wings about in frustration. "But it's already past dawn!" she insisted. as she spoke, the first gong sounded.

Mink jumped off her ledge in surprise. "I slept in?!" she groaned in irritation, "Seriously?!" Mandarin checked the slate by their door. Class with Clay, Herbs and Healing, it said. Huffing, she grumpily strode out of their cave and into the hall. Many dragons were peeking out of their caves and rushing out as soon as they heard the first gong.

Herbs and Healing... she thought, I know where that is. She turned to the left, pushing past dragons that were in her way. The firefly globes that were once dimmed before were blazing with enthusiasm.

Lots of plants lined the hall, giving it a cheerful feeling that she absolutely hated. She stopped at a cave opening that said, Herbs and Healing. Confidently, Manda walked in to see a large Mudwing - probably Clay - standing triumphantly in the middle of the room. A large opening was on the side of the space, almost identical to the one in Tsunami's room. A large chalkboard was hung behind him.
