Chapter 6: Mess

Sam, Bucky and Steve were in hiding, they needed to get to Siberia to deal with the other soldiers of Hydra. Natasha, Tony and Ross talk as they try and brainstorm where they group could be.

"I don't suppose you have any idea where they are?" Ross asks.

"We will. GSG-9's got the borders covered. Recon's flying 24/7. They'll get a hit. We'll handle it"

"You don't get it, Stark. It's not yours to handle. It's clear you can't be objective. I'm putting Special Ops on this" Ross says, using the accords to his advantage.

"What happens when the shooting starts? What, do you kill Steve Rogers?" Natsaha ask, scared to hear the answer.

"If we're provoked. Barnes would've been eliminated in Romania if it wasn't for Rogers. There are dead people who would be alive now. Feel free to check my math"

"All due respect, you're not going to solve this with boys in bullets, Ross. You gotta let us bring them in" Tony argues, he may be furious with Steve right now, but he doesn't want to see him dead.

"How would that end any differently from the last time?"

"Because this time, I won't be wearing loafers and a silk shirt. 72 hours, guaranteed"

"36 hours. Barnes. Rogers. Wilson" Ross argues, he wants the deal on his terms

"Thank you, sir" Tony slumps, exhaling. "My left arm is numb, is that normal?"

Nat pats him on the shoulder. "You alright?"

"Always" Tony replies as he looks up, he has an obvious black eye and a cut on his brow. "36 hours, jeez"

"We're seriously understaffed"

"Oh, yeah. It'd be great if we had a Hulk right about now. Or a certain fire Goddess, can we get in contact with your girlfriend? Any shot?"

"No. You really think he'd be on our side?" Natasha says "And even if we could contact Al, I don't think she'd fight for anyone. Thor would  agree with Al's decision, he doesn't understand the government enough, and wouldn't know what to do. He would trust her decision. they wouldn't fight"

"Okay" Tony says

"I have an idea"

"Me too. Where's yours?"

"Downstairs. Where's yours?" Tony smiles slightly.

"I guess im taking a trip to Queens. You're not coming by the way"

Thor and Aloisia decided that they would take a break from Asgard as they had been crowded seemingly wherever they went, everyone seemed to have a question for Aloisia, or something they needed to say to Thor. So duo set off on a nice peaceful walk around the city, enjoying the nature and quiet. "So Thor, I remembering you mentioned being with someone called Jane, how is she?"Thor frowned and Aloisia instantly regretted asking the question

"We decided it didn't work" Thor said "well it was my fault really, I don't think I was there for her enough. I didn't make enough time for her"

"At least you understand Thor, recognising what happened is a great start. Maybe one day you'll be brought back together again" Al said positively.

"Thank you Al, how do you and Lady Natasha make it work?" Thor asked

"Im not sure, we've gotten to a point where our relationship is so natural everything just happens. We both spent years loving each other before we were even together. Then we finally went from friends to more, and we started slowly cause we were both so scared to lose what we had. Now we just try to talk to each other about whatever we need to. We make time, take the moments we get and make up for the ones we miss" Al smiles to herself
