Chapter 9: Get The Stones

Each person has now be allocated a group and a time, they stand waiting around Steve where the holograms showing the different stones are displayed. "All right. We have a plan. Six Stones, three teams. One shot" Steve says He and the other Avengers walk up and look at the screens determinedly.

The group all make their way into their suits, moving onto the platform, ready to move to the times they have been allocated, each wearing their Quantum Suits, albeit with some minor differences for different people. Rhodey has a bulkier repaint of the War machine armour.

"Ten months ago, we lost. All of us. We lost friends... We lost family... We lost a part of ourselves. Today, we have a chance to take it all back. You know your teams, you know your missions. Get the stones, get them back. One round trip each. No mistakes. No do-overs. Most of us are going somewhere we know. That doesn't mean we should know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. This is the fight of our lives. And we're gonna win." Tony gives Steve a look "Whatever it takes. Good luck"

"How I've missed a good Stevie speech" Al says with a smirk, Steve sighs at the nickname. "Oh sorry, I mean the country's pride and joy, Captain America speech" Aloisia smiles cheekily at him

"He's pretty good at that" Rocket says smiling

"Right?" Scott says, his excitement visible

"All right. You heard the man. Stroke those keys, jolly green" Tony shouts to Bruce who continues pressing some more buttons to sort out the device. Meanwhile Aloisia goes over to Natsaha. She gives her wife a fond and loving kiss.

"My love" Aloisia begins smiling. Taking Nat's hands in her own, moving both their hands together so they are against each others sternum, where their wedding rings lie beneath the suit "Be careful"

"I'm always careful" Nat replies, kissing Aloisia again, when the kiss breaks Aloisia raises an eyebrow up at Nat in doubt, "don't give me that look, I expect the same from you, stay safe"

Al smiles "Of course Tasha, Always" Aloisia replies, Nat returns the doubtful look Al gave her, and the two chuckle. "I'll see you soon, I love you" Natsaha smiles, kissing Als had as she moves away. Al lets go of Nat and walks towards Thor

"I love you" Nat replies

"Tractors engaged" Bruce shouts

Rocket, Addressing the shrunk ship of his in Clint's hand says "You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I'll do my best"

"As promises go, that was pretty lame" they all take their positions standing in a circle, bruce presses button on his wrist and a slight beeping goes off in the background.

Smiling happily and swinging her body side to side Nat says, "See you in a minute" the machinery whirs as it activates and their helmets flick on, before, They all shrink and enter the Quantum Realm, splitting off at different intervals, going to a different place at a different time.

NEW YORK, 2012

The First Group which has Tony, Steve, Bruce, & Scott; travel to New York in 2012. Showing the Chitauri snarling and the circle of the original seven Avengers, then over to a side street where Scott, Steve, Banner and Tony materialise.

"All right, we all have our assignments. Two Stones uptown, one Stone, down. Stay low. Keep an eye on the clock" Steve says. 2012 Hulk passes by them, smashing everything in his way. Bruce puts his hand on his face, embarrassed. "Maybe smash a few things along the way" Steve tells Bruce

"I think it's gratuitous, but whatever" Bruce pretends to smash things in an unenthusiastic way. He tears his shirt off, and walks over to a car. He lightly punches the car, making a small dent, all the while making gentle growling noises. He picks up a motorbike and throws it at a wall, wincing as it hits the wall.
