Cold

Jeonghan and Joshua are sitting quietly in their apartment, they're sitting on their couch, trying to warm up as best they can. Even though it's an autumn day and winter hasn't yet set in, it's relatively cold today, which is why Joshua have his eldest between his legs, his arms wrapped around the blond's waist and his head resting on his lover's shoulder, occasionally placing a few little kisses on the nape of his eldest's neck, which makes him giggle like a little child. Joshua finds his lover's reactions so adorable that he often repeats his action.

As the two of them gaze at the raindrops hitting against their window and the wind moving the tree branches, Joshua can feel Jeonghan's body trembling.

" Hannie-ah are you cold ? "

" Um yes Shuji-ah very cold."

Jeonghan says this in a soft, childlike voice and this makes Joshua's heart float with love and tenderness, he gently strokes his lover's hair and gently leaves Jeonghan.

The blond looks towards his lover with eyes as round as marbles, he doesn't understand why his lover is abandoning him, he just admitted he was cold, why is he letting him down ?

" Shuji ~ I just told you i'm cold, where are you going ? I need you ~ " Jeonghan squeals like a baby, making Joshua laugh.

The youngest goes slowly over to their fireplace, puts some logs in and throws a match in. The room fills with a gentle warmth, which does the blond man a lot of good.

Joshua then fetches a comforter to give to Jeonghan, who, once he's got it, wraps himself in it, feeling so much better now.

The American then prepares two hot cups of milk, and once they're ready, he goes to his lover's side, settles back behind him as before, settles back correctly against his lover and feels him hand him one of the two cups.

Jeonghan thanks his lover and begins to drink the milk. Joshua does the same, placing his free hand on his lover's chest, who smiles gently and turns to face Joshua.

" Aren't you cold now Hannie-ah ? "

" Thanks to you I'm less cold, but please stay by my side."

" Of course I won't let go of you, I assure you."

Jeonghan giggles again, and Joshua is filled with affection for his eldest, he loves so much to hear his eldest laugh and giggle like that, after all he loves everything about his eldest, from his hair to his feet, from his soul to his heart, there's not a single thing he doesn't love about his lover.

As his eldest's face is now opposite his own, he takes the opportunity to place a tender, gentle kiss on his lover's lips, the latter closes his eyes and enjoys what's happening, Joshua's lips are so soft and warm against his own that it warms him up nicely too.

Following this gentle exchange, Joshua steps back and places his cup gently on the floor, then gently takes his eldest between his two arms, Jeonghan in turn places his cup on the floor and returns the embrace to his lover.

Joshua's head joins his eldest's neck, he breathes in his lover's sweet perfume and places several small kisses on the blond's neck. The latter starts giggling again, he really loves it when his younger brother does this to him, it makes him feel a thousand and one emotions, each more incredible than the last.

" Shuji-ah thank you so much, thanks to you I'm warm now. "

Joshua stops kissing his eldest's skin and gently raises his head, his face returns to face his eldest's and by mutual agreement they return to kiss gently and delicately. It's a purely restful, calm kiss, everything they need to really enjoy the moment.

Jeonghan finally pulls back gently, both lovers' eyes filled with stars for the other, the love between them are really something else, it's incredible and indescribable.

" I'm glad you're not cold anymore thanks to me Hannie-ah. Don't forget that I'll always do anything for you because you're first in my heart."

" I'll always do whatever it takes to make you happy too Shuji-ah. You're first in my heart too."

" You just have to smile and laugh like you're doing right now to make me happy."

Jeonghan's eyes twinkle, not because he's about to cry but because he's deeply touched by the sweetness of his lover's words. Honestly, he never thought he'd fall so hard for Joshua.

At first he regarded the young man as he regards the other members of their group, as a friend, a confidant, a brother even, but he never thought he'd offer him his heart.

Nevertheless, after several months and many moments of affection, tenderness and even difficulty spent together, he came to understand that Joshua would never again be a friend in his eyes. When they kissed for the first time, it was so magical that he's certain it's a moment he'll cherish forever.

" What are you thinking Hannie-ah ? "

" To our beginnings, the start of our friendship and then the start of our relationship. "

" Do you remember it was a cold day like today, I was hugging you in the wheat field because you were frozen in place."

" Yes I remember, you even added Soonyoung to the hug because he was cold too and he saw us hugging so you added him to the hug."

" That's when Coups told us we looked like a family, we're Soon's parents".

The two lovers start laughing as they recall this wonderful moment, it really warms their hearts to remember where their relationship begins.

Right now their relationship is stronger than any relationship, Joshua always knows when Jeonghan is cold and he always knows how to warm him up, honestly his arms are often enough to warm the young man up and it always makes Jeonghan happy to have his youngest in his arms, and Joshua always enjoys having Jeonghan in his arms too.

It's their way of keeping out the cold, and showing each other that they love each other more than anything else in the world.
