Half of the week is already over yet it felt like I was stuck in time. Gregory told me that his school days might have been a little tricky and that Michael will have a lot parental visits to go to. I wish I could reach him, but his phone seems never to be able in reach. I thought he would call me at least once a day to ask if Gregory is fine, but guess he had more trust in me as I believed. Sun and Moon however seemed to grow not attached at all to him. They constantly hang around me whenever we were alone and were upset that Gregory got more attention than I gave to them- which wasn't true. I cuddled with them all night and gave them their morning kisses just like always. Moon is especially in a bad mood though thanks to Eclipse's remarks about something. He never tells me what Eclipse said and Sun, surprisingly, doesn't as well.
And today was not going good as well. Jack got sick after staying outside in the snow to long, meaning I was only able to do paperwork and leave after a few hours. The house was quiet and empty as Sun and Moon both were working and I disliked that they still didn't tell me where they work. In the end I could only guess so I started to go to the shopping mall in hope to find them working somewhere around here. Knowing how much they hate to be separated, it must be a job they can do together or where they can see one another across. Moon hates crowded masses so it must be a small shop...Sun however doesn't want to be alone meaning it could also be an average shop...I could look through every shop and ask, but that would take hours this way! Think...think...ah! Moons cooking got better so I might as well check the restaurants!
Since the mall had four floors and different kinds of food though, it was hard to spot them. It must be somewhere were food rejoices are easy cause Moon switches sometimes still sugar and salt while Sin thinks that flavors are like glitter glue. We all learned that mistake at dinner when Sun was alone in the kitchen as Moon was making sure that Gregory was doing fine. I will never leave them cooking again...at least till they learn how to do it. Moon did get better over the days, but Sun didn't meaning they would have two different roles. Moon must be cooking while Sun does something else. Maybe cleaning up or serving the food? He is good at keeping a balance. I sighed as my feet were cold and aching. My stomach was grumbling by looking at all the food and decided to just sit down at a cute looking cafe.
It was more kid themed as anything and the menu looked adorable. I didn't even realize there was a kids cafe here. There weren't many people here and I saw now on the menu that it opened just a few weeks ago. Guess that's why I never heard of it. Many children played around in a small area as their parents could talk between themselves. It looked like a daycare with food access. I was so focused on the menu and being fully dressed in my winter clothes that I nearly didn't hear his voice.
„Hello and good day! Do you have anything in mind to eat or to drink..."
I looked up and saw Sun in a waiter outfit that was colorful and light. He looked so surprised, happy and anxious at the same time.
„Hmm...are there any recommendations?"
He smiled immediately and hugged me out of the blue, giggling a little.
„Sunshine! I thought you were working- how- why?"
He let go off me and looked worried down to me.
„Do you feel sick? Did something happen?"
„No everything if fine Sun! Jack just got sick so I can't do much work without him."
„Ahh your coworker...oh!"
He cleared his throat and he noticed people staring and laughed nervously.
„S-sorry...I just got so happy to see you! W-we have the Cocoa Star and the Vanilla Ship as recommendations! Are you interested?"
I chuckled and looked at the menu. It would be a bad time to flirt, but...this situation is just to good.
„Is Moon the one that cooks?"
„W-well...in a way..."
I smiled and looked up at Sun again, my cheeks getting red before I even said anything, but they would probably soon get redder.
„Can I have the cook and the waiter than?"
Sun got immediately red and hid his face behind his hands, groaning embarrassed to the flirt I said. He put the note book down on the table and walked without a word more into the kitchen. I also got red really quick and hid my shy grin under my hand. Did I really just do that?? But who wouldn't ask their boyfriend that if he would be looking like a waiter? But maybe I overdid it...Sun looked so red when he went away. I sighed and looked down at the menu but it wasn't long before I could hear Moons voice next to me, barely a whisper.
„Wait for ten minutes...we will go home now."
