"Sarah," he said, his voice filled with warmth, "I never imagined that our paths would cross again like this."Sarah looked at him, her eyes filled with a mix of surprise and hesitation. "Yeah, it's been quite a journey for both of us," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
Kashan smiled, his heart racing with a whirlwind of emotions. "You remember how we used to run around the neighborhood, playing hide-and-seek and causing mischief? Those were some unforgettable times, Sarah."
A small smile tugged at the corners of Sarah's lips as she nodded. "Oh, how could I forget? We were like two peas in a pod, always getting into trouble together. It's amazing how life has brought us back together after all these years."
"Strange, isn't it?" Kashan said, his voice filled with a mix of wonder and nostalgia. "I thought we were strangers, but who would have thought that we would turn out to be each other's childhood best friends?"
Kashan couldn't help but laugh along with Sarah as she reminisced about their early days of friendship. "Oh, Sarah, how could I ever forget? You were like my superhero, swooping in to save me from those mischievous kids. You were always there to protect me."
Sarah's laughter filled the air, but Kashan noticed a flicker of nervousness in her eyes when he mentioned Rehan. A sudden realization struck him like a lightning bolt, and he couldn't ignore the weight of the situation.
Kashan's with a mix of curiosity and hesitant asked,"Is he the same Rehan you were telling me about in USA?"
Sarah hesitated for a moment, her gaze shifting to the ground. "Hmm," she murmured, her voice filled with a hint of uncertainty.
Kashan's mind raced with a flood of memories. He remembered how Sarah used to talk about Rehan, her eyes lighting up whenever his name was mentioned. All those bittersweet moments came rushing back to him.
After sometimes, Habiba came in and said, "Ok children now enough of talking session. Now come fast. Everyone is waiting." Kashan said, "Let's go!" Sarah simply nodded in agreement, and they made their way to where their families were gathered. The sight of their loved ones, after being apart for eighteen long years, filled their hearts with joy. It felt as if time hadn't passed at all, as if they were still the neighboring kids from yesterday, despite now living in different countries.
Sarah's Nani couldn't contain her excitement and exclaimed, "Look, children are back!" The warmth of her words enveloped them, making them feel truly welcomed. Nazia, with her infectious enthusiasm, chimed in, "Did you both talk? I'm sure you both had a great time catching up. After all, you're not just fiancés, but also each other's best friends!"
Kashan and Sarah exchanged a quick glance, their eyes filled with unspoken understanding. They knew that their bond went beyond just being engaged; they were truly each other's pillars of support and confidants.
In that moment, surrounded by their families, they felt the strength of their connection and the love that had endured the test of time. Little did they know that this reunion would mark the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, filled with shared dreams, laughter, and the unwavering support of their loved ones.

Rehan paced back and forth in his room, his heart pounding with a mix of nervousness and determination. He couldn't bear the thought of his feelings for Sarah remaining unspoken any longer. With a deep breath, he picked up his phone and dialed a familiar number.
"Hello?" a voice answered on the other end of the line.
Rehan's voice trembled slightly as he spoke, "Hey, it's me, Rehan. I need your help with something important."
