Sarah stood in her room, adorned in her bridal attire, a vision of beauty that left everyone in awe.The room was filled with a sense of anticipation, as family and friends came to meet her one by one, offering their well wishes and blessings.
Amidst the hustle and bustle, Humaira, a familiar face from the past, entered the room. Sarah's heart skipped a beat, knowing that this encounter could potentially dampen her special day. With a heavy heart, Humaira spoke up, acknowledging the strained relationship between them.
"Sarah, I know you don't want to talk to me, and I don't want to spoil your special day," Humaira began, her voice filled with sincerity. "But I need to say this. I understand the pain I've caused you, and I apologize for the hurt I've brought into your life."
Sarah's eyes welled up with tears as she listened to Humaira's words. The wounds from the past were still fresh, and the memories of a love that had faded away lingered in her heart. With a mix of sadness and frustration, Sarah interrupted, her voice trembling, "Special day? Humaira, you already did that two years ago. If you can't do anything, then please stop taking Kashan's name. It hurts to know that the person you once loved isn't the one you're getting married"
Humaira became shocked to realise Sarah's love for Kashan, and she reached out to hold Sarah's trembling hands. "Sarah, I can't change the past, and I can't undo the pain I've caused you. But I want you to know that I've learned from my mistakes. I've grown as a person, and I'm truly sorry for the heartache I've brought into your life. Today is about celebrating your love with Rehan, and I don't want anything to overshadow that."
She looked at Sarah, her eyes filled with regret and understanding. She knew that pushing any further would only cause more harm. With a heavy heart, she nodded and quietly left the room, respecting Sarah's wishes.
Sarah took a deep breath, trying to regain her composure. She wiped away her tears, determined not to let this situation overshadow her special day. She knew that she had made the right decision, even though it was painful.

As Sarah walked alongside her cousins Laiba, Areeba, Inaya, and Haania, she couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. The entire family was gathered together, eagerly awaiting her arrival. Everyone seemed so happy, but deep down, Sarah felt a wave of nervousness and unease wash over her.
Her gaze wondered, and to her surprise, she spotted Zakir and Zainab among the crowd. Zakir had been Kashan's best friend, but their broken marriage had strained their friendship. Sarah blamed herself for this rift and didn't want her own decisions to ruin their once beautiful bond.
Caught up in her thoughts, Sarah's attention was momentarily diverted by Laiba, who playfully teased her about Rehan, saying, "Be patient, Laila, your Majnu will soon be yours." The teasing of her sisters made Sarah feel embarrassed, and she looked down, her fingers fidgeting nervously.
As they guided her to her seat, Sarah found herself placed opposite Rehan, but a curtain separated them, preventing any direct eye contact. This only heightened her anxiety, and she couldn't help but question her decision to marry Rehan. Deep down, her heart longed for Kashan, and she couldn't shake off the feeling of unhappiness.
However, as Sarah glanced at her mother, who radiated pure joy, and saw the happiness on everyone's faces, doubt crept in. Was she doing the right thing? Should she sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of her family's approval?
-------
As Sarah eyes were drawn to her family's radiant smile. It hit her like a wave, a sudden realization that sent her heart pounding. Memories flooded her mind, taking her back to a time when she had fervently prayed to Allah for guidance.
She remembered the nights she spent in tearful prayer, asking for clarity in her feelings for Rehan. Sarah had pleaded with Allah, either to grant her the happiness she sought with him or to remove him from her heart entirely. In those moments of vulnerability, she had placed her trust in a higher power to guide her on the right path.
But life has its own way of throwing curveballs, and one day, Sarah woke up to find that Rehan's love had vanished from her heart. She felt confused, torn between her gratitude for having him and her sadness for losing his love. It was as if her emotions were in a tug-of-war, pulling her in different directions.
Sarah remembered that three years ago, she saw a dream which she realised it now. She felt that Allah wanted to make her understand through the situation she was carrying it now.
In Sarah's dream, she found herself dressed in a beautiful bridal attire, surrounded by people wearing joyful smiles. However, deep inside, her heart was filled with sadness, and tears streamed down her face. As she looked across the room, her gaze fell upon a boy in groom attire, sitting opposite to her. Although his face was blurry, there was an undeniable sense of handsomeness about him. Sarah couldn't comprehend the meaning behind this dream, but the intensity of her emotions was overwhelming.
Seeking answers, Sarah turned to Allah, the All-Knowing, in her prayers. With a heart full of curiosity, she asked, "Ya Allah, what does this dream signify? Who was that boy in groom attire? Was he a glimpse of my future partner, or merely a symbol of something else?"
Sarah understood that dreams held a mysterious language, often carrying hidden messages from the divine. She knew that Allah's wisdom surpassed her own, and that He would reveal the meaning of her dream in due time. With patience and trust, she awaited His guidance, knowing that every experience, even in the realm of dreams, held a purpose in the grand tapestry of her life.

As Qazi's voice resonated through the air, the bride's heart pounded in her chest. She couldn't believe her ears when she heard the name "Kashan Ibrahim." Her eyes widened in shock, and her gaze darted towards her mother, seeking reassurance.
Her mother, with a gentle smile, nodded and whispered, "Yes, my dear." Those simple words were enough to calm the bride's racing thoughts and fill her with a mix of excitement and curiosity.
Her eyes, now moist with tears of joy, searched the room until they landed on the curtains. On the other side, seated with an air of anticipation, was Kashan. His eyes met hers, and in that moment, a connection sparked between them—a connection that seemed to transcend time and space.
The bride's mind raced with questions. How had this all come to be? How had fate intervened to bring them together in such a serendipitous way? The curiosity within her burned like a flame, urging her to uncover the secrets that bound their paths.
