Lost Orion: Today, I'd like to show my appreciation for one of the coolest Mark I know.

Lost Orion: Everyone of us has a favorite. Mine is The Informant. Lost Searcher's is I.O.S. which is quite easy to see why. And Orion's is Drone. Specifically, the Informant is quite the intelligent trickster. I assume either Searcher is Orion already explained Union?

The supernatural and Beacon academy nodded solemnly remembering the shitty action their counterparts have done.

Lost Orion: Great, then for extra context I'd like to say that the government had quarantined a section of the continent where they evicted the powerless towards. Yes, the government is that fucked in the head.

I grab the reel and insert it into the projector playing it.

Mark, an old friend of team RWBY when they were young kids. They were almost inseparable, until that day came.

Multiple photos come into frame showing Mark being forcefully dragged away by government officials while others were prevent the girls from trying to help him.

He drinks from his flask feeling bad for Mark.

They called it "Relocation Beta". A program that would force all powerless people into a section of the landmass known as "Sector V". The place would be walled in as to not allow powerless people into their powered society. To those who were biased of the powered populous were cheering in celebration. The only ones who weren't were those related to the girls.

Union academy, made in hopes that teacher's could help "guide" those with power become great heroes for the public. Sadly, as they say down in Sector V, "Those with powers are doomed to abuse it" and it shows. Jacque Schnee, Kokabiel, Issei. They all fell victim to the corruption of their power. Though somehow, they have fallen from grace by someone revealing their concealed sins to the public causing the people to demand their rightful imprisonment.

In Union academy, a group of four girls known as team Rwby were in an elevator going towards the headmaster's office.

Yang: Before you say anything. I didn't do it.

Weiss: Sure you didn't.

Yang: I swear, I was in the dorm!

Weiss; What were you doing in the dorm?

Blake looked over to their leader who was staring at the ground seemingly lost in thought.

Blake: What's wrong Ruby?

The other two looked at her while Ruby snapped out of her trance and looked at the other three.

Ruby: I'm just thinking about him.

The other girls looked down remembering Mark, it's been years sense that day. The elevator dinged making the four look forward and walk into the room meeting Ozpin, Nezu, and Sirzeches.

Ozpin: Ah, team Rwby thank you that you could be here. Today we have a mission for you.
