She looks into the mirror,
With a razor in one hand.
Guilt is seen in her eyes,
As she presses the blade down.
The blood begins to flow,
Now she's lying on the floor.
She's starting to feel dizzy.
Her vision really blurry,
But she can't reach the bandages,
So close yet so far.
To die has been her goal,
Yet now she wants out.
She takes her final breath,
With tears streaming down.
Her brown eyes now lifeless,
No light to be found.
She said she always wanted this,
But regretted it in the end.
It all happened so fast,
The way it all passed in a flash.
It wasn't supposed to happen that way,
A mistake she made that can't be erased.
The day came for the living to say goodbye.
She was there watching amazed,
As all these people came to say farewell.
Tears were shed on her behalf,
It made her regret her decision,
To leave this world before her time.
She screamed her sorrows,
Yet no one could hear them.
It was the reason she left.
The one thing she couldn't stand.
The loneliness of no understanding.
She was alone to battle her fears,
So she took her own life,
Praying for no more tears.
The girl is gone,
No life to be found.
A blade in one hand,
With tears streaming down.
She said her goodbye,
Then she was ready to take her own life.

PoetryNot just poems anymore, I guess. More like little things where I have no place for them. Basically the poems/short stories/rambles that appear in my head that I have to write down. Enjoy? Trigger warning, I think. Sorry for changing the title a lot...
