Chapter One

I know Narry is just a bromance. I just thought the story line was cute and I wanted to write it.

(Harry's Pov.)

Niall and I have been talking for awhile now about adopting, but we haven't had the time and now with the tour coming to an end, we have time. Now I know what you're thinking. You're thinking Niall and I are a couple, but that's not true. We both have always wanted a kid, but we aren't quite ready to settle down and get married so we figured we could take care of a child ourselves. Plus the boys are up for being uncles. Louis has lots of sisters so he's great with kids and Liam is caring and sweet so he'd be an amazing uncle. And Zayn... Well Zayn would probably be the "Cool" uncle.

I talked to my mum yesterday over lunch and she thought it was a great idea since she's always wanted a grandchild. Gemma was excited and said that she can't wait to spoil it. And Niall's parents are absolutely ecstatic about it.

I'm still laying here in bed waiting for Niall to wake up since he sleeps on the couch in the living room and I don't want to wake him. We decided that it would be best to move in together so today we're going house hunting. We're living in London right now, but in two weeks the lads and I have to fly to Idaho for a show so Niall and I decided it would be a great idea to adopt there.

I hear a noise in the kitchen so I get up and walk downstairs to make sure it was Niall. I walk around the corner and sure enough Niall is standing by the stove frying some bacon. I walk over and make some cereal and go sit down on the couch. A few minutes later Niall comes over and sits down beside me.

"You know we can't do this once we've adopted?" Niall says and takes a bite of his food.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"We can't eat just cereal or just bacon every morning. We have to eat healthy and we have to sit at the table like a family." he says and I just nod.

"I know." I say and get up since I'm finished.

I go upstairs and go into my bathroom. I take off my clothes and step into the shower. I clean myself and step out, wrapping a towel around my waist and go over to the mirror to brush my teeth. I go to my bedroom and grab some black skinny jeans and a red, button up flannel. I put them on and slip on my boots and head downstairs. Niall was all ready. He's wearing a white long sleeve with some light skinny jeans. I grab my keys and we head out to go look for a house.

"Are you excited, mate?" I ask Niall.

"Course! Are you excited?" He asks.

"More than ever." I say as I pull into a driveway of one of the houses that our real estate agent was showing us.

We get out and meet her at the front door. The house is quite big. We walk inside and the first thing I see is a huge staircase. She showed us around, but Niall and I both agreed that it just isn't right. We follow Susan, our real estate agent, over to the next house and it looks perfect from the outside. It's two stories, dark brick. A round drive way and the prettiest green yard. I can just imagine the boys and I chasing a kid around the front yard in the summer. Perfect.

Susan takes us inside and it's beautiful. It's like one of those cozy, family homes that I've always dreamt of. She takes us into the living room and it's a tan color. It would match perfect with our brown couches. She takes us into the kitchen. It's white with a huge island in the middle of the floor.

"This is amazing" I say and Niall nods and smiles.

Susan takes us upstairs to the bedrooms. There's four. One for Niall, one for me and one for our child, as well as a guest room. Susan walks us back downstairs to look at the back patio and yard. It has a swimming pool, a wooden patio. It was absolutely perfect for us.

"So, what do you guys think?" Susan asks.

"I love it." Niall says and I nod in agreement.

"It's perfect." I say.

We decided to make our first payment on it so we should be able to move In next week.
