Kavya flipped the two hundred thirty third page of Pride and Prejudice as a squeal escaped her mouth. And her feet rose up in the air, making her feral over how Mr. Darcy was the perfect gentleman to ever exist.

A week had passed since she made Dusshala her friend and tomorrow would be the day when the Pandavas would be leaving with Draupadi for Indraprasth. Though it saddened her a bit, she was happy that the Pandavas would finally get their own kingdom and would finally feel some peace. Kavya was thinking about Mr. Darcy when the she heard a knock on the door.

She got up and stepped on the cold floor as she went forward to open the large door. Her hands gripped the cold metal handle of the door as she pushed it open to reveal Dusshala standing there. "Kavya want to know how to ride a horse?" Dusshala said excitedly, wanting to share her first lesson of horse riding with her only friend in the whole castle.

"Yes absolutely" Kavya replied back as she and Dusshala headed towards the field to learn horse riding. "The one teaching us is your favourite for sure" laughed Dusshala. "What do you mean? Who is teaching us?" Kavya questioned curiosity bubbling in her. She looked straight into Dusshala's eyes demanding an answer but got none as Dusshala only gave her a mischievous smile and kept walking forward. Kavya huffed as she walked behind Dusshala constantly asking her about their mystery teacher.

Wanting to stop hearing Kavya's nagging about the teacher Dusshala started running as Kavya ran behind her, scoffing at how her friend refused to answer her. She ran behind her with all she got as her bounced on the ground and her open hair flowing in the air. She finally caught up with Dusshala as she touched her shoulder, breathing loudly. She felt dyspneic, as she realised running was truly not her field of expertise. She stood holding a pillar when she heard Dusshala laughing out loudly "You cannot even run for two minutes without being exhausted".

"Shut up you little-"  She was about to finish her sentence when she saw Dusshala running away, showing her a tongue. Kavya scoffed as she sprinted behind her, ready to catch her and teach her a good lesson. She knew she would probably lose her breath and never gain it again, but teaching that stupid friend of hers was more important than losing her breath.

Her feet banged against the hard floor as she finally caught up with Dusshala. She touched her shoulders as she rested her head on it, breathing heavily, wanting to fill her lungs with more oxygen. Gasping she looked up to see a shining white horse.

Even though tired and breathless, she moved towards the horse and pet it softly as the warm feather like hair of the horse brushed against her palm. She continued petting him and saw how the horse moved his head towards her and put it on her shoulder. Kavya was overjoyed. The horse was finally responding back to her and it delighted her more than anything.

Not able to contain her joy, she hugged the horse tightly and whispered endearments to his ears, kissing the top of his head, showing him the utmost care and love. She heard Dusshala going away from her but paid no mind in it. "Where is your brother?"

"Right here Kavya" She heard an unknown voice and quickly looked back to face Duryodhan and every fiber of her body wanted to go away from such a man who was nothing but the epitome of evil. Her hands left the horse as she moved towards him and said, "I don't want to learn anything from a wretched and worthless prince like you." and slowly walked past. The insulted Duryodhan was enraged as he harshly held Kavya's hand, stopping her from moving forward.

"Leave me" She hissed in pain, the grip already forming bruises on her delicate arm. "What makes you think that you can just walk away from me after saying all that rubbish?" He asked, anger lacing his voice.

"Don't you think that I do not know what you did to the Pandavas and how you eye Draupadi like a cheap man. I refuse to learn anything from you or even get involved with you" Kavya whispered the sentences, not wanting Dusshala to hear it who was standing quite far, petting a black horse. Duryodhan's grip tightened as he leaned in and said, "Do not forget this is my kingdom, and no body insults me like this" His grip tightening more and more with each word said, making Kavya wince in pain.
