Sitting on his bed Ang Raj could not help but wonder about her. His mind wandered off to different thought, some of her well being, some to her smile, some to her eyes and some to her habit of devouring every food she ever liked. Her thoughts had clouded his mind and he had no intention of removing those clouds. If her thoughts were the dark misty clouds hovering the sun, he would always want it to rain. His eyes were set on the window which was overlooking the lush greenery of Hastinapur, reminding him of her hazel eyes. But his reverie could not last for long as he heard a loud knock on the door, which snatched him back to reality.

"Who is it?" Karn said in a rather harsh tone and opened the door to see a smiling Dusshasan standing in front of him. "What happened?" He asked as Dusshasan's smile just grew wider. "You know Ang Raj, people usually treat someone well when they bring good news to them." Dusshasan retorded back as he entered the room slightly pushing Karn aside. A confused look was on Karn's face as he could not decipher what good news he could probably get from Dusshasan.

"What are you talking about?" He asked again, but rather calmly this time, afraid that he would not ultimately receive the good news if he kept up with his attitude. "I have a letter for you." Dusshasan pulled the letter right in front of his face pointing it towards Karn, his smile still not fading and that made Karn sure that he knew about her. "Come on, give the letter." Ang Raj said firmly and forwarded his hand to take the letter but he wasn't fast enough. Dusshasan had already pulled it farther away from him.

"Accept that you like her and maybe then I can think of giving you the letter." He said, still holding the letter farther away from Karn. Seeing no choice in front of him, Karn could not help but give in and he desperately wanted to share his inner feelings for a while now. He felt somewhat safe with Dusshasan, but he had to be sure that he wouldn't rat his feelings out to Duryodhan, after all Kavya and Duryodhan never saw eye to eye. With a final moment of contemplation and a heavy breath Karn finally let out his feelings for the first time. "Yes I like her and so please give me back my letter and go back to annoying your brother."

Karn was miserably failing at stopping Dusshasan from laughing, to his surprise his ears were even turning slightly red which embarrassed him more. "You are literally red. What will you do when I hand over the letter to you huh?" Dusshasan questioned wanting to poke Karn a tad bit more. It was not a regular occurrence that Karn would be flustered with his ears turning red and Dusshasan wanted to enjoy every moment of it.

"Come on." The Surya Putra repeated once more with a calmer tone than before. He desperately wanted his hands on that letter and he could not wait any longer and if it took him to be extra nice then he would do it. It was never easy to read Karn's emotions through his eyes, he was always good at hiding them. Not a speck of emotion usually displayed in those golden brown marbles but at that moment, looking at the letter he failed to contain his emotions. Without his consent emotions were spilling out of them - emotions of plea, urgency and admiration was evident in his eyes. Dusshasan usually does not read people well but at that moment Karn was an open book and he could not help but hand over the letter to Ang Raj.

"I will leave you alone with it." Dusshasan said with a gentler smile. A smile which did not mock his friend's embarrassment and was immediately given an appreciative nod. Karn watched as Dusshasan walked out, making sure that no one would be close when he reads the letter. His fingers finally touched the corners of the rough paper as he slowly opened it and started reading.

Dear Karn,

It is me, Kavya. How was your journey back to Hastinapur? I hope it was more than good. I am enjoying my time here but I do miss your presence, I would have truly loved it if you were here and I absolutely cannot wait to go back to Hastinapur and meet you. I am hoping you would will go to Ang Pradesh this soon and wait for me. If you do go to Ang Pradesh you will have to make up for it somehow, I do not know how but you have to, okay? I hope you will take me to Ang Pradesh once though, I have heard that it is immensely beautiful. I would love to witness that beauty. Anyways, that's it for today and reply to me fast.
