I'm asleep with you in my thoughts
Still see your face in my dreams alot
Oh! This struggle will rip me apart
Break the mirror into a million shards.
Each piece reflects a different part of you on me
As I pull out those drawers of memories
I dont know why I still carry you on my mind
And why I still leave the door open behind.
Every night shed tears in want of your affection
Then collapse into a broken figure, shattered on the floor
As you are not there to hold my hand
Only shadows of you wandering around.
Again next night I would roam the terrace
Sob a little on a new cause of insignificant trace
I saw you in past, miss you in this bleak present
And wish to see you again in the upcoming future.
The fate on my hand forbids me of your bliss
It whispers in my ear that I won't get your kiss
It breaks me to nothing and ceases my existence
I know the future won't be full of joy except hardships.
