What are we
I ask myself what are we?
I think to myself
Are we friends?
Are we more?
I feel as though you would say no
We are homie that's all
But are we
The way you look at me, it feel like more
The way you ask me how my day was, feels different then others
It's the way you want to see my outfit everyday
It's the way you remind me of dawn
That perfect time where the night turns to dusk
It's the way that you remind me of that melody in that one song you showed me
But what are we
I ask because I feel as though it is not clear
You say "we" as if we are a we
You use it so easily
it seems comfortable
I ask you again
What are we
Because to me you're more
You remind me of the stars
Your smile lights the room
Your little goofy personality is all I look forward to
So again I ask what are we
because to me, to me we are more-cj
