Aftermath

Lash's pov
We headed back to the dorms, and i check my comm, there was a video, finally. I open it up.
"Hey sis, it's me, Erric, sorry i haven't been in contact, there's been.... a situation. The best way to explain it is to show you. I'm in front of Windmill village, standing on a rock for specific reasons." The camera turns, and i see all the grass was silver, a few mobians wandered around, different metallic shades.
"We're handling it, this area's been quarintied and we've cut it's access with the rest of the world, the grass form of the infection has stopped spreading. Eggman started this. We were lucky and figured it out before hand, only a few stragglers were here. But we can fix this, no need to worry sister. Be safe over there."
The video ended and i look at the full image. My family was in trouble again, and i'm not there to help.
This feeling of dissapointment rolls through me. It's all too familiar.
I look to the group in the lobby of the hospital. My family needs you. I no longer need the Siphons Yayarozu made me. I need to try and Chaos Control home.
What worried me the most is the fact that Erric hadn't mentioned capturing Robotnik. If he was still out there, making this virus, I feared for my world.
I look out the dorm window. It was night when we returned, and unlike everyone else, who went to bed not long after thier classmates worries had been dispelled. I couldn't make myself rest. I go grab the solitare deck and i sit down, starting to set up a simple Klondike.
Soft footsteps tap nearby and my ear flicks toward it, causing me to look that way and see All Might.
"Can't sleep again?"
I nod, not really in the mood for talking as i set a black queen on a red king.
"Mind if i ask why?" I sigh and i take off my comm and i set it down, playing the video again.
All Might watches, i watch his jaw drop as his eyes fill with a horrified expression.
The video quickly ends and he asks,"are you planning on going home?"
"As soon as i can." I say softly, my ears folding down.
"I have a bad feeling that they were the first attack of many. I need to get back home and help them cure this."
All Might has a strange look in his eyes before asking.
"How long have you been fighting this Robotnik creep?" I snort."you can normally call him Eggman, only i call him his true name. But..... i'd say about 5 years of my life." All Might places a hand on my shoulder, and pulls me close, i'm careful not to turn my head too much.

"And your our kid's age by a year right?"
"Yeah, i'm older then 1 A by a year."
All Might scowls.
"If i still had my strength i'd help. You Deserve peace, not sitting up in the middle of the night worried about your friends."
"I wouldn't even know if i had the strength to.... All Might, your a genius!" I think it over and All Might looks at me confused and i say,"my planet's circumfrence is much bigger then yours, i wonder if i could take both planets, and mesh them together."
"You want to what? How?"
"It's not gonna be easy on me, but.... almost 4,000 new heros across the globe, it would be a major help in protecting Mobian kind from threats like Robotnik."(i don't know exactly how many there are, but a decent guess out of the likely trillions of people alive in Mha.)
"You would have to get worldwide permission to do so. Could you do it?"
"I have to try. It might be the best way to end this endless war i've been fighting."
"I'll help you, as the former number 1 hero in japan, i have some pull in other countries." I smile and i say to All Might,"Thank you, i'm gonna need all the help i can get."

All might went to bed for the night, but that morning, i get the notification that Sir Nighteye had died of his injuries. It explained why All might and Midoryia seemed in a hurry this morning.
I sigh, i would have to figure out if i even could do this merge. I look down at myself, i was really golden. I decide to run a small test, i gather my power, only to feel the floor rumbling underneath me and i stop. That couldn't be good.
I try again and it rumbles again.
It settles in just how bad this could be. If i used Chaos control without being ready, i could shatter everything. Which also means i can't go home alone.
Another video pops up on my comm the next day, as All might drives me to some Pro summit. I know it's meant for my idea of fusing 2 worlds together, i pull up the holoscreen just to see the starting image.

I gasp as i look it over, and close it out, shaking my head to refocus my thoughts.
"What did you see?" AllMight asks.
"It was an image of Eggman, he had a massive ship in the likemanship of his logo, and the virus was pouring out from the mouth of the ship. I'll watch the video with the other pros of the globe."
We pull up minutes later, giving me a short minute to strengthen my resolve. I've never spoken in public before, don't judge.
"You need any tips? You looked as flushed as Amajiki"
I snicker,"nah, i can do it, i have to. For the sake of my world." I take a breath, exhale, and i walk in to decide the fate of my world, that despreatly needed these heroes help.

I could only hope that Erric and crew could hold out until i did.
