I opened my eyes and smiled when I completed my performance .

I felt my cheeks heating up when I saw Rajkumari Subhadra clapping for me . I saw Nakul and Bhrata Bheem giving me teasing look while clapping proudly .

My gaze halted on an unexpected person clapping for me , may be the most loudest . She was Agni . Though her lower face was hidden but I could see her eyes smiling with some emotion in them which I couldnt understand . A genuine smile automatically etched on my face and I bowed my head a bit to thank her .

Once claps got silent , someone started clapping and I saw that it was Bhrata Duryodhan. I got irked when I realised that he was clapping in the way to demotivate me.

" Wow , what a performance!...you defintely deserve a reward !" Dhuryodhan smirked and pulled out necklace from his neck and threw at me like humans throw food at dog and started laughing .

" Mitra Karn,due you also play some instrument ?" Duryodhan suddenly stopped laughing and asked Angraj . I looked at him with my eyes buring in rage. He was just having an emotionless countenance as if he was thinking what to say.

I cocked my brow when Karn suddenly smirked.
"Absolutely not Mitra Duryodhan , I believe that for a warrior it is a matter of shame to give performances like that. " Karn answered and that's it he crossed his limits .

"ANGRAJ KARN !!!! ...... WATCH YOUR TONGUE !!" I as well as everyone snapped their heads towards the person who cut me off in the middle. My jaw dropped in incredulity when I saw that Agni is taking my side. " Agni what are you-" Duryodhan was cutoff by furious Agni.

"SHUT UP !!!....I CANT BEAR INSULT OF TALENT AND ESPECIALLY NOT OF THE PERSON WHO PLAYS EXCEPTIONAL VEENA WHICH THIS KARN CAN NEVER PLAY !!" She spat and she was literally shaking from head to toe in anger while looking at Karn as if she will kill his soul . I could see that Angraj was feeling guilty.

My eyes widened in horror when she suddenly pulled out a whipping belt which was tied to her waist . 𝑂ℎ 𝑛𝑜 !....𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑛𝑜𝑡 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑛 !...𝑆ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑠 𝑑𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟 𝑖𝑛 ℎ𝑒𝑟 . " AGNI ... NO !!" Me and Duryodhan screamed in unison but she already had dashed towards Karn with supersonic speed that we werent even able to see her , and I squeezed when I heard the sound of whipping belt hitting Karn's back. I opened my eyes to see that Karn didnt even move a bit, he just has his eyes closed tightly in pain.

But I was shocked when I saw , the cloth hiding Agni's face got removed and her face got revealed infront of everyone.

" Adrishya?...." The name escaped my lips.
