Agni proposes Karn

Agni was hugging me cause I agreed to convince maa to keep her mama with us for few days.

She was sitting on my lap with her whole body leaned over me.

" We are back....oh shit !...wrong timing !..." Agni immediately pushed me away and stood up while adjusting the saree properly , I managed to balance my self before falling on my back.

Agni and I looked at the owner of voice and saw Arjun standing with his hands folded and extremely smug look on his face.

" I guess my plan worked !.." Arjun asked with a ludicrous grin , and I rolled my eyes and Agni's cheeks were tinted red.

" Tere jitni bekaar timing wala banda shayad he iss dharti par paida hua hoga !..." I spat in disbelief.

" Haww !!..Just look Agni , ohh sorry...I must call you Bhabhishri now ! * Agni turned crimson red and I grinned mentally *...Anyways , just look at Bhrata Karn !...Meri idea ki wajah se tum unhe waapis mili ho aur wo mujhe he kuch bhi bol rahe !..." Arjun did a drama of wiping a fake tear from his eyes.

" Tumhari wajah se mai unhe waapis mili hu ?....What do you mean ?..."Agni asked in confusion and Arjun looked at me.

" Kya bhai, aapne Agni ko bataya nahi ki maine he aapko Agni ko kiss karne ko kaha tha taki use sab yaad aaa jaye ?.." Arjun asked in disbelief. I mentally slapped my forehead.

I glanced at Agni who was looking at me in disbelief with a look saying ,
' You kissed me just because Arjun said and not because you wanted !..'

" Look Agni, Arjun is creating misunderstanding.....I really wanted to kiss you but its true that it was Arjun's idea...he only told me that it might be possible that if I kiss you then your memory will be back..." I tried to explain and suddenly Agni started laughing and Arjun snorted.

" You are really cute !...You dont need to justify yourself Karn !...I was just making serious face to see your reaction..." Agni laughed and I heaved a relieved sigh.

" Anyways , mujhe party kab donge bhratashri ?...." Arjun asked smugly.

" Tujhe kis baat ki party chahiye priy arjun ?.." I asked with gritted teeth.

" Kya bhratashri , of course because I allowed my friend to fall in love you even when there are many handsome guys in the world." Arjun replied and Agni gave me smug look.

" Oh really !....then let her fall in love with someone else...And let her marry with some king cause right now I am not even a member of royal family ,.. I cant give her any happiness!..." I said truthfully and I realised that I was speaking reality after I blurted out everything. Arjun has guitly expression on his face and Agni's face showed no expression.

I felt my heart break when I realised the situation . I turned around and headed outside the hut , but before I was able to go out , I was stopped by someone hugging me from behind and it didnt took me even a milisecond to realise it was Agni.

" Tum mujhe kya samjhte ho hun ?...Greedy for wealth and royalty ?...No Karn !...You are wrong !...Tum mujhe abhi tak thik se samajh he nahi paaye !...
Agar mujhe jivan bhar tumhare sath rehne ke liye agar Rajkumari ki position tyag ni bhi pade toh mai khushi khushi tyag dungi !...* I heard her saying and then she grabbed my shoulder and made me turn towards her. She sat down on her one knee.

" I need some time before telling you my answer Agni.." Bhratashri said while cupping Agni's face. WTF !!...

I saw how Agni's smile fell..
" Ye kya bakwas kar rahe hai aap Bhrata Karn !!!..." I literally yelled but stopped when Agni gave me a look saying ,'Please dont say anything'.

She turned her face and looked at Bhrata.
" Why ?....Why dont you want to marry me if you love me ?..Dont you want to spend your rest of the life with me ?.." Agni asked , trying to seem bold.

" Its nothing like that Agni ,.... marriage is one of the most important thing in a person's life...so I dont want to do any kind of hurry in taking the decisions ..." Karn explained. 𝘈𝘢𝘱 𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘰 𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘰 𝘣𝘩𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘪..

" Okay , I understand....Take your time..." Agni said but in the tone which says , ' Kisi ko jyada bhav dena he nahi chahiye !'...

" Thank you so much sweet-"

" Arjun , I will be leaving for Mathura right now !.."Agni ordered and I nodded immediately cause her voice was burning me alive.

I saw Bhrata Karn's eyes widen in horror..
" But why-"

" Nothing Karn , I am just missing Daksh too much that I can live with you all anymore , and also though my Maa died but my Badi Maa is still alive and she must be waiting for me.." Agni replied coldly and Bhrata's looked like he realised his mistake but it was too late. I know Agni's rule , Jo apne ko bhav nahi deta usko aise ignore karna ki kisi ko lage ki wo insaan invisible hai ya phir wo exist he nahi karta..

" Look Agni,...I am-"

" Arey yaar , I am not angry okay...you need time , right ?...Take it !...Kya Karn , pyaar karti hu mai tumse!..Samay toh choti si chiz hai , tum kaho toh tumhare liye meri jaan bhi de sakti hu.." Agni exclaimed and my jaw dropped , by sudden change in her demeanor.

I saw a smile appearing on Bhrata's face and Agni grinned.

" But , its been quite few days and I cant stay here for long , everyone must be getting worried....And also thank you so much to you , Arjun , your brothers and Kunti kaki to let me stay here...but I really need to go back..." Agni said. " We are going to Mathura.." I said and his eyes widened in horror.

" What !?......There is highest probabilty that I must be found in Mathura so Hastinapur's soldiers must be finding me in whole Mathura and its extremely risky to go there..." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Mamashri !...sometimes I envy Duryodhan cause he got extremely clever mamashri !...and I got dumbest..
