*'It make her weak when she hear it'*
Abel
"Tesfaye. Abel Tesfaye."
The waitress looks over a piece of paper clipped up on a stand before she starts nodding.
"Okay great, just follow me here to your table,"
With Luara's hand still in mine, we follow after the waitress before she finally stops and gestures for us to sit down. I pull out a chair for Luara and sits down.
"Thanks,"
I sit down myself and the waitress puts two menus out on the table before she leaves us to choose what to eat.
"So, how's 'The Weeknd' life going for you?" she asks, as she picks up her menu and skim reads the few dishes under the 'Main Course' section.
"It's going good, you know with the whole tour and with how many positive things I'm getting about it. I think this might be the best tour I've done in my career so far." I reply truthfully.
"How about you, did you enjoy my concert?"
"Obviously! I've probably already said this but it's been like 5 or so years since I started listening to your music and when I found out I was going to your concert was like a dream come true." She leans back in her chair and a smile grows on her face as she continues talking about how much she enjoyed my concert.
By the way she's speaking, I can tell she's being genuine and that's something I find myself liking about her.
"So, Abel, what's something about yourself I won't find on Google? I mean, Google can only do so much but surprise me," she cocks her to the side and leans forward this time, waiting for me to reply. I chuckle and make eye contact with her. She doesn't back down so I start.
"Well what'd you wanna know?" I lean back, "From what you're saying, looks like you've already done your research," I say just to see how she reacts but she doesn't falter.
"Hm, well, what I wanna know is why that particular hairstyle?"
I'm a bit confused at first before I realise she's asking about my 'pineapple' hair phase.
"Out of everything, you ask that?" I laugh and she joins in with me before it fades and she's still waiting for my answer.
"If you really wanna know, let's just say I was tryna be different. Every other artists had the same thing going on and I wanted to show my fans that I was different than that. I'm not tryna be like those wack and predictable singers. And it felt nice until a bunch of people tried the same hairstyle and it just wasn't something I had anymore. So I cut it off," I conclude and she nods her head, understandingly.
"Okay, understandable. I'll be real, it was a canon event and you looked good with it too."
"So, you're admitting that I look good,"
"Don't feel too special Abel," she says with a roll her eyes playfully. I laugh before the waitress from before approaches our table again.
"Are you guys ready to order?"
I look towards Luara to go first and she starts to read out her order.
"Um, I'll have the carbonara pasta and a glass of white wine please"
She writes it down on her notepad and turns to me.
"And for you, sir?"
"I'll take the same and can the white wine be your most expensive one please?"
"Of course, I'll be right back with your drinks,"
"Why would you get the most expensive one?" Lua asks me with a surprised look on her face.
