*Without you, I'm all alone..*
Damon
The booming music of the club fades as the bathroom door squeaks opens and closes, completely shutting the music out now. I stumble towards the sink and stare at my reflection in the mirror.
Red and shrunken eyes stare back at me and I squint as the lights seem to get stronger and stronger every second I keep my eyes open.
"Fucking hell," I mutter, resting my hand against the mirror now and using the other to rub my left eye.
"Baby, you okay?" I pause, squinting my eyes a little more trying to make out the figure behind me.
My eyes widen when I make out Luara standing behind me, her hands rubbing my arms up and down.
"What the fuck.."
"Baby, what's wrong?" She says seductively, tracing patterns on my biceps, cocking her head to the side. I shake my head side to side, blaming the hallucinations on the drugs I've been taking.
Ain't no way she's actually behind me right now.
"Why won't you talk to me daddy? I just wanna make you feel good.."
"You.. you shut the fuck up!" I shout, smashing my hand against the mirror, the contact making it shatter instantly. When I look back in the reflection, she's gone and all is left is the row of cubicles behind me.
"Argh!" I yell, my blood seeping out through the cuts on my hand, the pain becoming unbearable. I spit into the sink before pushing my body off of the wall and stumbling towards the door, my vision becoming blurrier every second.
I yank it open, the music getting louder instantly and I trudge my way through the crowd, pushing whoever is my way out of it. I make my way back to my section, rubbing my eye with the good hand as I feel the blood drip down my hand.
Fuck, I need to get her out my head.
"Oh my gosh, baby!" I hear someone running towards me, their heels clicking with each step they take.
"What the heck happened to you?" She opens one of my eyes and I look at her, disgust forming on my face when I realise it isn't her.
"Simi, get your hand off of me man," I whack her hand away and pick up the drink I left earlier, downing it in one go. I wince as the alcohol burns my throat and I let the pain take over me. I need it for tonight.
"DayDay, you know I can't leave you," She pouts as she says that nickname she's made for me and I internally cringe, reminding myself that I've put myself into this position. She puts her hand on my cheek again and I turn towards her.
I put the glass in my hand down before I snatch her hand into mine and I pull her roughly against me, our faces inches apart.
"D-Damon, you're hurting me," She winces as I tighten my grip on her wrist, watching her face form with hurt.
"Just remember why you're here Simi. Don't you want Abel back?"
She nods eagerly, twisting her wrist out of my grip.
"So act the fuck right and stop sticking your head up my ass," I spit, nudging past her and making my way towards the exit of the club.
Abel
The beeping of the heart rate monitor is all I've been listening to for the past couple of hours as I stare down at her angel-like face, tucking a curl behind her ear.
"Lua, please be okay," I whisper, dropping my head down when I hear no response.
The door swings open, two doctors walking in, talking amongst themselves. One of them makes eye contact with me and walks closer towards the bed.
