A/N: Hey y'all. Sorry it's been a while. Let's just say that I haven't been doing the best lately. And I kind of forgot about this story because I've been so busy lately. But writing this has helped in the past. My SH thoughts have gotten better. Band season is over, so I should update more often. If any of you are religious, I ask that you pray for me. I came out as trans (ftm), and have a good support group at school, but my parents aren't really supportive. But my mom also just yells at me a lot, so who knows. I know that you all support me though. I like to keep these author notes in the stories so I can see my self-discovery journey. I would also like to say that I had a lot more planned for this story, but I think I might shorten it a little and quicken the pacing, if you don't mind. Thank you all so much. I love each and every one of you.

You run your fingers through your hair as you walk through the camp, breathing in the early morning air. A faint haze rises above the treetops. The wet grass squishes against your feet. A group of birds fly overhead. If you're going to talk to Zelda, it'd be easier to do so before she has to leave to do her tasks for the day. You approach her tent and wait.

Zelda finally leaves her tent after an hour. You had resorted to sitting on the ground with your legs crossed.

"Oh! (Y/n)! Do you... need something?" she exclaims awkwardly.

"We need to talk," you reply bluntly.

She watches, rocking on her feet, as you stand up.

"Is everything alright?" she asks worriedly.

"Yeah. It's not an emergency," you clarify.

She breathes a sigh of relief. You hide your hand in your pocket.

"If it's not an emergency, then do you think I could catch you later? Maybe at the Bazaar this afternoon? Link and I have... a meeting, of sorts," she says.

You nod solemnly. She takes your free hand and places it between hers.

"Thanks so much, (y/n). I'll come and find you as soon as possible," she says.

She lets go of your hand. You watch quietly as she walks off towards Link's tent.

"Wonder who she's got a meeting with," you grumble.

You roll your eyes and go off to find your Loftwing.

Link's POV: A couple seconds later

Zelda slinks into my personal tent as I'm wiping off one of my swords. She places her hands on my shoulders to watch. I uncross my legs to stretch them.

"Sorry I'm behind. I had a run in with (y/n)," she explains.

"You're not late. I just want to get this over with," I reply.

Without looking, I know she's nodding in agreement. This is something neither of us want to do. Though, I expect it'll be a bit fun. I place down my tool and stand up, sheathing the sword.

"Are you ready?" I ask.

"As I'll ever be," she sighs.

"Alright. We better not keep Groose waiting,"

Groose's POV: A couple minutes later

Leaning against the base of the Goddess Statue, I watch Link and Zelda approach.

"About time," I grumble, standing up straight.

I give Link a quick salute, which he dismisses. He opens the base of the Goddess Statue and steps inside. I follow behind Zelda, taking care to close the door, and jog to catch up with them. We stand in a line, waiting and watching. Ghirahim's head is down, as if he's asleep. His hair is a frizzy mess. I trace the dagger in my pocket with my fingernail. Link told me not to bring any weapons, but it's for just in case.
