Act 16: Princess Serenity

Showdown of the senshi in this act and the return of Princess Serenity!

Seiya stares out the window of his bedroom. 'It has been too quiet.' He thought to himself. Days past since he last saw her. Once Mamoru received his memories back he took a backseat in a way.

If there was anything he learned from the kiss they shared, it was due to Chaos taking control of Usagi. But the event created so many issues and when she went back to herself, her normal self that would likely choose with Mamoru. Things would go back to the way they were. Seiya hates the realization. Is it better for him to pretend it never happened? He smiles slightly. Who he is kidding? He will never forget that moment they shared.

Seiya took a sharp intake of breath as he thought of Mamoru. 'Does he know?' Seiya wonders. He knew if he was in Mamoru's spot and learned someone had kissed his girlfriend he would be furious with that person. He shook his head to try and clear his thoughts but the setting Moon is not helping as a new day begins.

Mamoru watches a family at the park in the distance. It had been two days since he last seen her. The longer the gap in time, the more nervous he becomes. He was in constant contact with Galaxia since she believed he is the key to helping Sailor Moon. Galaxia seemed to randomly pop up at various times. He sighs as he continues to wait. He looks down at his shoes for a moment as he thought about how empty he felt without her around. He looks up. When he did, he saw Princess Serenity in the distance. He jumps to his feet runs to the spot he had seen her in a wooded area. She is nowhere to be found. Mamoru starts to wonder if he had hallucinated seeing her.

"Endymion..." a voice whispers softly behind him.

Mamoru spun around and Princess Serenity stood twenty feet behind him. Mamoru rushes toward her.

"Don't come any closer Endymion it's a trap!" Princess Serenity warns him.

He ignores her plea and like a man possessed he continues move forward to her. He reaches out his arm to touch her but she vanishes. He is frustrated at the game being played.

"I knew you would come," said Sailor Cosmos.

The sound of her voice puts him on edge. Sailor Cosmos stands a short distance away. On her right are the four Inner Senshi and to her left stood the four Outer Senshi. He knew how this was going to go. He pulls out a rose and transforms into Tuxedo Kamen.

Sailor Galaxia suddenly appeared in the Three Lights apartment. "She's returned! I can feel her presence close by!" She collects the cauldron off the table, determined to collect Chaos' energy today.

Seiya immediately stands up anxious to see Sailor Cosmos once more. He transforms along with Taiki and Yaten. The Starlights follow Galaxia to race into battle.

Tuxedo Kamen looks at the nine senshi before him. He is hesitant to make any moves knowing they could overpower him in seconds. He thought about past discussions he had with Sailor Galaxia. He hopes the others are going to be there soon and until then he is going to try to talk to Sailor Cosmos. He takes a deep breath. "Usako, snap out it," he said softly as he tries to find the girl he loves.

Sailor Cosmos laughs at him. "Whatever you're trying is not going to work," she said as she laughs again. She turns her attention to the other senshi. "I want his starseed."
