"Hello...yes this is he. Shit are you serious? Okay, I'm on my way." I frantically get out of bed causing Liv to wake up. I gather some clothes in a bag and grab my keys.
"Baby...it's 3:00 what's wrong?" She asks concerned.
"Jordan's been in a very bad car accident...she's on life support and I need to get there," I informed her. I know that this is not the news she wants to hear this early in the morning but she takes it like a pro and tells me to go.
"Okay go...I'll be there in the morning. You need to be by her side through this. I love you and be safe." She says making me fall more in love with her.
I kiss her and head to the hospital. I call my mom and to my surprise, she answers. I tell her what's happening and without any hesitation, she rushes over to Jordan's to take care of Lani. I arrive at the hospital and run into Jordan's mom.
"Spencer! Thank God! No one is telling me what happened! She's out of surgery but I'll grab the doctor so you can speak to him. Thank you baby for coming. I know it's early." Janet says.
"No problem. I'll be here." I stated, getting my phone out and texting Liv that I made it.
A FEW HOURS LATER
"Family of Jordan Wilson...Hello, guys. According to her files, she was in a 2-car accident, and she suffered severe brain trauma, which caused her to be unconscious. She has a broken leg, fractured arm, and just some small scratches here and there." The doctor states.
"Thanks so much doc. Can we see her?" I ask.
"Yes. Who would like to go first?" The doctor asked. I told Janet to go because I was waiting for Olivia to get here. Janet knows about Jordan and I's separation but she has never met Olivia before. She is usually not very fond of people so with this being the 1st occasion they met, it might not be good.
Right as I turn around, I see Liv and Coach Baker walk in. I embrace Liv in a hug and dab up coach. I update them about everything and I appreciate how supportive Liv is being right now. We stay for a few hours then go back home and change.
OLIVIA POV
We arrived back at the hospital when Spencer sat me down and told me how thankful and grateful he was to have me here. This is someone who means something to him so I wouldn't never leave him high and dry.
"Baby...Even though Jordan and I don't get along, doesn't mean I'm not going to be here. You're my husband, the man that I love, my soulmate, the father of our child. I'm not leaving." I told him. We embraced in a kiss just to be interrupted by someone clearing their throat.

I pull away to see a beautiful and slim black lady. She eyes me like I am a person that she hates and wants to tear me apart. I eyed Spencer and he introduced us to one another...leaving me shocked when she couldn't hold water.

"Babe, this is Janet um, mmm, Jordan's mom. Janet, this is my wife Olivia." He states looking away from me and directly at her. By the look on her face, I could tell that this bothered her but I had no idea as to why.
"Wow. I had forgotten that you and Jordan had divorced. Y'all relationship was one for the books and I thought that what y'all had was great despite the ups and downs. I thought that you guys would work something out considering the fact that Lelani doesn't like anyone besides her mom and dad." Janet states smirking in my direction.
"Yeah, it's been 3 years Janet. I went and got remarried and now we're expecting. So it's been a long time. If you don't remember, she cheated on me so I have every right to get remarried." He puts his foot down while grabbing my hand.
"Okay son. I was just curious. No need to get all offensive and stubborn. Who's watching my grandbaby anyway?" She asks as Spencer is called to talk to the doctor.
"His mom. She's got her covered so don't worry." I tell her pulling out my phone and waiting for the okay to go home from Spencer.
