"56 yards, 32 yards, 10, TOUCHDOWN SPENCER JAMES!!!!" I hear the announcer say in the stadium as the audience stands up and cheers. I am always super passionate about football but having my family there is the best feeling.
The twins are due any day now and Liv is currently prepping the house along with my mom making sure that everything will run smoothly. I had Darnell bring Lani to the game so that I could spend some one-on-one time with her and see why she's acting like she is.
"Daddy, that was incredible! It was like you were Superman." She tells me as I smile. There truly is no better feeling than being a father.
"Thank you, baby girl. Let's go get my things and then we can go for ice cream before we go see Liv and Angel." I tell her as I see a change in her face. She nods her head as we head to the locker room to get my things.
AT THE ICE CREAM SHOP
"Okay Lani, I've noticed that lately, you've been snappy and hurtful towards Liv, what's wrong?" I ask her as she just eats her ice cream.

I know she is feeling some type of way but I don't understand what she feels some type of way about. She used to love Liv and now all of a sudden, she hates Liv, what happened?
"Nothing...well, I overheard Mama (Jordan) talking to you about Mommy's (Liv) past. I thought because she was saying all this, it was true. So, I went and told Mommy that she is not my mommy anymore and she cried. I saw Mama right after that happened and she tried to break you guys up, so I told her that she needed to go away, I'm sorry Daddy." She tells me as I make a mental note to always be aware of my surroundings. This is a lot to take in and I know that Liv is experiencing some guilt for all this and I want her to be happy, so I am going to make sure Lani makes up for this.
GRACE POV
I can tell that Liv is not her usual self. She's always so happy and energetic, but now she looks like she's sad and about to cry. I shoot Spencer a text and let him know what's going on. I am super worried and I want her to be okay.
"Livvie, what's wrong? Oh, honey, don't cry. It's okay." I tell her as the tears roll down her face.
"Everything. I just feel so overwhelmed and I have so much mom guilt and it hurts like hell. I can't do the things that I used to do with the girls and I think they feel betrayed and left out. Every time I try and do something nice, they always gravitate towards Spencer because they know he can do what I can't, and last but not least, Lani hates me." She tells me as she lets go of my hold.
"Aw baby, I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. How about you go take a shower, get freshened up, and take a nap? I don't want you stressing especially since you're days away from giving birth." I tell her as she nods.
"Okay, thank you, Grace, seriously. It means so much!" She tells me as she finishes saging the room and handing me the sage. We need all the good wishes and luck we can get.

All I want is a healthy grandbaby that I can spoil the heck out of. Spencer and Olivia have come so far and with their growing family I know that they will need all the help that they can get and I am here.
OLIVIA POV
I wake up to flowers and donuts with a note as well. It's been a very emotional week and with the twins coming any day now, I'm on high alert. We decided to let Darnell keep the kids while I am giving birth since I only wanted it to be Spencer and I with the midwives.
"I see you saw your surprises. It was all Lani, she picked it out." He tells me as I semi-smile. We have been walking on eggshells around each other and I hate it.

"Yeah, that's sweet. Where is she? Did your mom leave?" I ask him as he nods his head to both of my questions.
"Yep, she did and yes, she is here. I'll go get her for you." He says as he walks out.
45 MINUTES LATER
"Hi Mommy, I'm so sorry for everything I said. I was just going off of what Mama was saying and I was eavesdropping and it wasn't my place. I love you so much and you have always been there for me. I will always be your daughter and thank you for blessing me with Angel and my new brother and sister." She tells me as I shed a few tears.
"Lani, sweet girl, I love you with all of my heart. I know that Jordan is your mom and you love her but I am glad you understand that she has done some things that have made you question me and your dad's relationship. Just remember that I will never hurt you." I tell her as we hug.
I am so glad we made up right now because I think my water just broke!!
