Olivia has a few more weeks of pregnancy before we get to meet the twins. We are ensuring that the house is baby-proofed and we have everything we need for their arrival. Liv and I wanted something different so we are having a home birth.
We have an appointment today to finalize and justify everything. I am a tad bit nervous because we won't have hospital staff and nurses to help Olivia if something happens. We load up the girls in the car and head to the doctor's office.
"Mommy, Lele took my stuffie. GIVE IT BACK!!!" Angel screamed as she told Olivia and Lelani.
"Lani, please give your sister her stuffie back. You know she can't go anywhere without it." Liv tells her as I see her roll her eyes through the rearview mirror.
"Why?! It's not fair! She gets her stuffie and I can't bring my Ipad. I want to go home. Take me home Daddy." Lani says as I chuckle and Liv just looks at me.
"We'll go home after this appointment sweetheart, we need to make sure that everything is okay with the twins." We both tell her as we look at each other.
"Liv, I was talking to Daddy not you, thank you for answering my question Daddy." She says as she smiles and looks around.
Liv just looked at the ground and then back at me. I felt bad because Lani has grown this hate for Liv ever since we told her that Jordan wasn't coming back for a long time. She is even in more trouble because she called Liv a bitch yesterday.

I just hope that Lelani can get it together before she gets in more trouble than she already is. I don't know what it is but this is no way to treat Olivia. She's been like Lani's mother forever and I know her feelings are hurt.
OLIVIA POV
It was a quiet ride to the doctor's office and honestly, I could've just gone by myself. Lani's been changing in many ways and she's become more disrespectful towards me and I feel super guilty. I just feel like I need to do better at spending time with her.
We arrive at the doctor's office and I see Spencer open the doors for the girls and then for me. We walk hand in hand and I can tell that Lani has an attitude. I just ignore it and go check-in. What did I do wrong?
"Okay, I'm all checked in and now we wait. I'm just ready to see my babies and then go home." I tell Spencer as he adjusts Angel in his lap and holds Lani's hand.
"I can't wait to see my kids. This brings me so much joy. Hey, about what happened in the car, you good?" He asks as he puts his hand on my thigh.
As much as I want to tell him how much my feelings hurt, I don't want to break his and Lani's heart. Lani is his baby and will always be his baby and I can't compete with that.
"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine," I tell him as we look into each other's eyes until I hear my name.

30 MINUTES LATER
"Hello, lovely people, I see we have some special guests in the room with us. Who might you be?" Our doctor asked as Angel stepped up and introduced herself. She really is my bundle of joy and I love that she has my personality.
"I Angel. This Mommy and This Daddy. I 1 year old...k bye!" She says as Spencer and I laugh.
I just hope that this appointment goes well and that we get some good news that we can just have a great birth and that our babies get here safely.
SPENCER POV
"Daddy, do I have to be here? She's not my real mommy and that makes me their half-sister. I want to go home." Lani tells me as we are watching the babies heartbeats. I slightly see Liv look over and I know she heard that whole conversation.
I know Liv is hurt by what Lani said but I won't pressure her or force her to tell me until she is ready. It hurts me that they both feel like this but Lani is way outta pocket for calling my wife out of her name.
"Alright, everything looks good. Just keep off your feet and Spencer watch her, we both know how stubborn she is....okay, Elizabeth will meet you at the reception in the back with your ultrasound pictures, have a great day family." We head out and make our way to the car.

"You know I love you right?" I ask her as she closes her door again.
"Yeah, why?" She said confused.
"I just want to reassure you that you are an amazing mom and Lani is just going through things, but she had no reason to call you out your name like that. I'll talk to her and tonight, it's all about you." I tell her as she smirks.
"Okay but...I want Chinese tonight." She tells me as I nod my head. It's gonna be a long night and conversation with Lani, I hope she understands what I am saying.
HEY GUYS!!! I wanted to make these next few chapters with only Spelivia's POVs so what do we think?? Lani is starting to become a rebel and I know she liked Liv in the beginning but I felt like changing the storyline.
Olivia decided to have a home birth and it is nerve-racking but I know that they can handle it. Angel is just the cutest and sweetest child EVER!!!! I hope that the twins will be just the same...you know what they say, double trouble.
