OLIVIA POV

AT THE HOSPITAL

Spencer and I had a painful but well-needed conversation and we both apologized and we're gonna both go to counseling to work on this relationship, but as of right now, we are worried about our babies. 

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. James, I'm Doctor Monroe. Now, I know that this will be hard to hear but Olivia, I understand that you had some severe symptoms and issues with this pregnancy. Can you tell me about that?" She asks as I nod. 

"Well, for a few months now, I've experienced some pain but I didn't think much of it. I honestly thought it was a part of my morning sickness. Then gradually over time, things started to get worse and I was entering a stage where the pain was getting to be too much to handle." I tell her as she jots this information down. 

She looks at me and Spencer stating that she'll be back. I feel disgusted with myself. I felt like I couldn't do my job right which was to carry this pregnancy to full term. Now I am here in a hospital about to give birth to premature babies. 

"Hey, everything is going to be fine. I'm here, my Mom's here, and most importantly God's here. I will never forgive myself for all of the shit that I put you through. I was wrong when I said that the children weren't safe with you, they're the safest when they are with you. Baby, you are my only purpose in life and I am so fucking sorry for all of the shit I put you through." He states as I wipe my tears. 

Getting back to the way things were will be a process but I know that if we start trusting each other and giving our full heart into this relationship, it will evolve and change into something extremely beautiful.

SPENCER POV 

AN HOUR LATER

"Alrighty folks, I just had a word with some of my nurses and you guys are super lucky. Nothing you experienced affected the babies in any way. It is what happens sometimes during pregnancy if the mother is super stressed out. So no babies today. All of your bodily functions look great, so I should have you guys out of here by tonight." Dr. Monroe states, Liv and I just look at each other. 

I feel a sigh of relief and hope that none of this will happen again. I've put so much on my wife and she's dealt with so much that I know it's caught up with her. Yes, I have a football career, yes I am somewhat of a celebrity, and yes I am a future business owner, but none of that matters because I am a husband and dad before anything else. 

"Spence, can you go and see if your mom can come in here? I just really want her here so that we can finish our woman-to-woman conversation. As you can most likely tell, it was slightly interrupt-woah,  babe, come feel."She tells me as walk over to the side of the bed and feel the babies kicking. 

"My babies are up and active, see that get that from their daddy...you know I'm right," I say as she just looks up at me and laughs. 

"Spencer, shut up and go. Part of me believes that and part of me wants them to be just like me." She tells me and I'm pretty sure that they will have most of her characteristics. 

I left and got to get my mom. We all just relaxed in the hospital room until the doctor came in to tell us we were able to be discharged. We're all ready to go home, me especially. I cannot wait to see my babies. 

"Let's get the girls, and then have a family movie night. I feel like all of this is weighing down on all of us so some well-deserved family time is needed." I tell my mom and Liv as we drive home. 

It's going to be a long night tonight. 

HANNAH POV 

I look outside my window and see Spencer helping Olivia out of the car. I thought what Jordan and I said would keep her completely away, but I'm guessing they made up. This makes it 100 times harder for me to shoot my shot. 

I need to figure out some way to keep Olivia out of the picture so it's time to do this MY way. Whatever had happened before was basically a pre-glimpse into what the future would hold. I know I'm prettier than Liv and Spencer wants me, not her. 

"Hannah Jackson...This is the Dallas Police Department. I need you to open the door and put your hands behind your head before we come in there. You have 20 seconds." I hear them say at my door. 

I'm not new to this game so I closely open the door and walk out. I'll be out by tonight. The police cannot resist a pretty girl like me. I know that this is for all of the shit that I have done but maybe I can flip the roles and make it seem like I'm the victim. 

"Please, this has to be a mistake. I'm the victim here. All of this stuff was done to me and someone framed me. Please just listen to me, officer, please." I say as he just walks me to the police car.

"Tell that to the officers at the station, not me....Lamar, she's good to go." I hear him say as I slowly look up. 

This back stabber. I knew he was always up to something...don't worry...I WILL GET MY REVENGE!

Hey guys! I wanted to change up the story just a tad bit. I wanted Liv to have a safe pregnancy but have her experience some of the things that women face when pregnant. She was able to keep going on this pregnancy journey but it was a very scary experience for all of them. 

Spencer and Olivia made up and they promised one another that they would each work on themselves and their marriage. Hannah is just as crazy as she always is but now hopefully, she'll end up in jail like she's supposed to. 

This book has 3 more chapters before the end of the book which is very bittersweet. I will be posting the sequel soon so give me some names and things that you might want to see in the second book. 

Chapter Questions: How do we feel about Liv and the babies being okay? Do we fully trust Lamar or is he still a bad person? Should Hannah and Jordan go to jail? What should we name the twins? Do you think Hannah and Jordan are sisters??!!!????!?!?
