Spencer and Olivia are going on 2 years of marriage. They got married and are expecting and now their relationship is stronger than ever until Spencer's ex-wife and baby mama comes into the picture and tells him that she's pregnant with his baby. Is...
"Breathe baby. Just like that. In and out. I'm right here." I tell Liv as she breathes and pushes through this next contraction. The shit that women go through is crazy but it is incredible to see them do it.
"That one was brutal. I can't do this. It's so hard." I hear her say and I comfort her giving her words of encouragement. Seeing her go through this is something that pains me but I know that we will both love the outcome.
"Hey don't say that. You can do this. You're strong and you got this. I'm here to be your punching bag and hey if you need to squeeze my hand as hard as you can. I want to take all of the stress off you so baby...I'm here." I tell her as she nods.
Men usually take for granted all that women do when in reality, they don't understand how much it affects them. Watching my wife push through labor pains without an epidural makes me believe that she is more definitely superwoman.
I cannot wait to meet the life we have both created.
OLIVIA POV
4 HOURS LATER
I can't believe I am about to be a mom. This year has been full of surprises and I didn't think that I'd be able to carry but I was. Now we are here getting ready to meet our daughter. The pain that I feel is horrible but I know that it is for a good cause.
The doctor comes in and tells me that it is officially time to push and my nerves get the best of me and I instantly look at Spencer. Being here with him is one of the reasons why I can push through all of this.
"Baby, I don't know if I can do this. I don't think I'm strong enough for this. What if something goes wrong or she's not breathing? What if something happens to me or-" He stops me by kissing me making me feel secure.
"Liv, I know you. You got this. All of those late-night talks we had about meeting our baby girl...now is that time. I am right by your side and I will never leave it. Babe, I know you are scared but you are in a room full of doctors who know how to help you and baby if something goes wrong...So let's do this." He tells me kissing my head and I get situated on the bed and ready to push.
My doctor was out on vacation so a new doctor is filling in for him and I kind of like her more than him. She introduces herself and we get started.
"Okay Olivia, On 3 I want you to push. I....2....3...PUSH!" She tells me and I push as hard as I can while grabbing and squeezing Spence's hand until she tells me I can stop. He does the same routine over again until he tells me to do one more push as hard as I can.
"Alright mamas, I can see her head. Dad, you wanna come over here and see your baby girl? Mrs. James, I just need one more big push and then you guys will be able to meet your baby girl." Dr. Mackenna tells us.
I push as hard as I can until the room is filled with cries.
SPENCER POV
" HERE SHE IS! CONGRATS MR. & MRS. JAMES! Perfect timing...she was born at 12:00 am on January 1st, 2024. Happy New Year!" Dr. Mackenna tells us and we both look each other in the eyes, reminiscing on the night we just had.
"Holy shit...she's here. Liv you did it, baby. I am so incredibly proud of you!" I tell her and kiss her head.
"Hi, Baby...I'm your mommy! God, we're going to spoil the hell out of you! You are already so loved. Lani cannot wait to meet you and all of your Daddy's teammates. I love you deeply baby girl." I hear Liv tell her and I cannot wait to embark on this new chapter in our lives.
3 HOURS LATER
"Aww, baby! I am so happy for you guys! Let me see her! OH, she's just beautiful! What's my grandbaby's name? My mom asks as she smiles at the camera.

"Her name is Angel Marie James. She's our angel sent down from heaven so we wanted to honor that because getting to this point was not easy. Her middle name is Marie so Liv still had part of her mom with her." I tell my mom as she claps her hands.
"That's a beautiful name, Spence. How's Olivia doing? I know she's got to be exhausted." Carter says as I laugh.
"She is. She's sleeping right now and Imma let her because she has already done so much just by giving birth and she needs her beauty sleep. So it's just me and I might just go to sleep just thinking about it." I say as they both chuckle.
We wrap up our conversation and say I love you and I get ready to go to bed. I get situated and rest my eyes so that I can be ready for everyone coming to meet her tomorrow.

Spencer and Olivia are PARENTS! Our babies have a baby. I wanted this chapter to be joyful for us and them. That is how the next few chapters will be until they officially get home. I love baby girl's name because she was an Angel sent from heaven for our favorite couple....and she was born on New Year's Day...Life is just perfect for Spelivia.....for right now.
