It is our first official full day at the hospital and so far it's been amazing. I just fed Angel and Spence is currently out getting us breakfast. These past few hours of being a mom have brought me so much joy. I love being a stepmom but having my own daughter feels different in a good way.
I cannot believe that I am here looking at the life Spencer and I just created. Since we have been very secretive about this pregnancy, we thought that it would be a great idea to surprise the world with our new baby girl.

We both decided that we would wait a little bit to show her face and tell her name because of how cruel people can be online. Even announcing this was scary because of how private most of our life is but seeing these supporters congratulate us in the comments makes us feel loved.
"People already love you, baby girl. Gosh, I cannot wait for you to meet everyone today. This is a crazy family but I know that you'll fit in just right." I tell her as she looks up at me.
"Babe, I'm back." I hear Spence say as he walks into the room with Chick-fil-A in his hands.
"Thanks, baby. I know it was cold out there. I greatly appreciate you!" I tell him as I kiss his lips.
"Hey, you just gave birth. Of course, I am going to get you everything that you need...Now let's eat something before our room gets bombarded with people." He says as we both laugh.

SPENCER POV
Watching Olivia with Angel brings tears to my eyes because I know how long she has been waiting for this. I am headed out to go pick up Lani from my mom's so I let Liv know and kiss her goodbye.
"Hey Mama, I'm bout to go pick up Lani from my mom's house. I'll be back. Don't miss me too much. I love you." I tell her and she smirks at me.
"You know how to get me in the mood. Too bad for you, you can't hit this until after 3 months because I need time to heal and we won't miss you that much. We love you and be safe Daddy." She tells me as we kiss and I head out the door.
45 MINUTES LATER
"Daddy hurry! Mommy and baby swister are in there. HURRY!" Lelani yells at me from down the hall.
"Okay baby, I'm coming, I'm coming," I say as I walk down the hall and open the door. She runs in and immediately runs to Liv leaving me in the dust.
"MOMMY! I MISSED YOU! Is that my baby siswter?" She asks as she walks beside Liv. Seeing them interact makes me get butterflies in my stomach all over again watching the woman that I love mother our children.
"I missed you too love. Yes! This is your baby sister. You want to hold her?" Olivia asks and Lani instantly nods her head and I carefully pick her up and place her on the bed. We watch as she holds her baby sister and we both shed a few tears.

"She's so small. How can we play with dolls?" She asks and we start laughing.
"She's too small to play with dolls right now, but give her a few months and y'all will be able to play together in no time," Liv states and we just keep admiring them until everyone starts arriving.
A FEW HOURS LATER
"Bye! Love you guys too!" We both say in unison. Liv's post about the baby has blown up and so has mine. Getting all of the love and support from everyone means the world and now I have a new purpose in life and that's being a dad to not one but 2 girls.

"Baby...I cannot believe we get discharged tomorrow and we get to bring Angel home. I know these late nights are about to be crazy but you know, it's all going to be worth it." She says and I instantly agree with what she says.
"I know. God, I love you! Thank you for everything! I know that I put you through hell but you stayed with me and I know it wasn't easy. So thank you for this. Making me a father all over again." I tell her and she wipes her tears.
"Baby, Never in a million years would I ever leave you. Yes, times got hard but every time I would walk away, I would remember all the good times and I knew that we were both going through things but we pushed through. You don't have to thank me if anything I should be thanking you for making me a mother...and I cannot wait to have more. I love you to pieces." She tells me as we kiss.
"I love you more. Let's get some sleep so we can be well-rested for tomorrow." I tell her and it was a peaceful night.
OMNISCIENT POV
"Looks like the James Clan has a new addition....I'll give them their space for a bit but trust me...it's going to be hell when I get lose my patience."
GUYS!!!! Lani met her baby sister! This whole chapter made me emotional and seeing them happy makes me happy. I'll give them a few more chapters of happiness before shit starts going down. I want them to enjoy their baby and their marriage. I cannot wait to see some more pics of Liv, Spence, Lani, and Angel.
