It all started with a note that sure made it seem nothing could go wrong.

Meet me in Slytherin's office.

Xoxo,
Regulus "Craven" Arcturus Black

How does he know about the office? I haven't told anyone. Not even my cousin Tom where it's location lies. I shrug and leave for said office. As Mopsus portrait swung open I could hear the beginning of Faith Hill's This Kiss playing. I entered the darkened room and saw Reggie on the floor sitting on a blanket with a picnic basket and flower petals around us.

"I wanted to do this with the stars above us by Black Lake but didn't want to chance any interruption. So I asked your grandpa for a good place off map that isn't known about after of course asking him for his permission to see you. He happily gave me this location. So since I couldn't give you the moon and stars by the lake I brought them to you in here." Reggie explained.

I sat down and looked up to see the night sky transfigured above us. I'm not going to lie but I was ready to swoon. However, I couldn't let him know.

"My grandpa just gave this location up, huh? All it took was respectfully asking for my hand?" I asked with a raised brow.

"I may have had to do a bit more sweet talking then that but let me keep my pride this once." Reggie requested.

"I suppose. So what did you bring us in the basket?" I asked as my curiosity was brimming.

"I know that movie we watched, was it Fried Green Tomatoes? Something like that. I digress, I know it piqued your interest in the foods they serve in the states. Ok, I suppose mostly them southern states. I had Kreacher pop over and get us some. He even found us fried green tomatoes! Can you imagine?" Reggie asked incredulously.

"You really got that for me Reggie?! Well, what are you waiting for? Let us not imagine when we can try it!!" I exclaimed quite eagerly.

Reggie chuckled as he opened the picnic basket. He began to load the plate I'd already grabbed in excitement.

"Kreacher said this is fried chicken, this is potato salad, thee fried green tomatoes, corn bread, and pecan pie." Reggie explained as he pointed to each item on my plate.

I just didn't even know where to begin so I started with the moving title and speared a fried green tomato with my fork. I tentatively took a bite and then closed my eyes.

"Delicious Reg! Try it!" I whispered furtively.

Reggie took my fork and took a bite before holding my fork to my mouth and I took the rest of the bite. I nervously took a sip of the fuzzy cold drink in front of me as I realized how it really was just the two of us. I felt a nervousness I'd never felt before as butterflies took flight in my stomach. Or maybe it was the fuzzies of this delicious drink I'd just sipped.

"Whats this drink?" I asked as I tried to hide my sudden nervousness.

"Kreacher said it was coke. Another popular drink for that area of the states. He said the other choice for a popular drink was something those people call sweet tea but Kreacher said to call it tea was blasphemous and he wouldn't ruin us with it." Reggie answered.

I nodded before turning my attention back to my food to fight the awkwardness I now felt. I began eating and then forgot how nervous I felt because this food was love. I'd swear it was made with love. I'd have to get the recipes to our servants at home. I'd finish everything and was now down to dessert.

"Can we pause from the food for a moment?" Reggie asked.

"Oh um yes." I answered in embarrassment as I'd definitely forgot where I was during my feast fest.
